The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Arne is a great host, very friendly, super uncomplicated. His house is a joy for all who enjoy aesthetic clarity and like wood. The location on the edge of the field - pleasant view of the vastness. House and amenities are of absolute top quality; the kitchen is almost more complete than our own at home. Thought of in detail for the guest's well-being (from fresh flowers everywhere to plastic wrap in the kitchen drawer). The lovingly landscaped garden invites you to relax; here, too, everything has been thought of. There is a lot to discover in Neuburg and the surrounding area and with Arne you will easily find out what you want to do. What we needed and searched for, Arne exceeded with ease.

Six of us plus dog spent 4 days at Nicole's house. We felt super comfortable! The house and garden are very large and offer plenty of space for games and relaxation. The area with its great nature and possibilities is highly recommended.

Very nice quiet apartment. We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is very easy to reach by car and the area is also very nice. Have seen several deer several times.

We had a very nice week. The house is really nice and cozy, the garden large and very beautifully landscaped. When we arrived, the sauna area was unfortunately not cleaned, but Benedikt made sure that this was made up for promptly.

We were passing through with motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the trip in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept very well. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.
