Our decor is a little "touch" of Paris in the spring! 0.4 of a mile from a large beach access. You could walk or park there and use the public bathhouse. Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise! The unique furniture and personal touches have been imported by ourselves from Bali. We own a shop called Island Attic in Duck, NC, where we sell our finds from around the globe. It is a short walk to the Multi-Use path on Bay Drive where you can walk, bike, run, or skate about 3 miles along the sound towards Kitty Hawk and 2 miles south to the Wright Brothers Monument. Kill Devil Hills has many public beach accesses with parking nearby.

This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.

Tip Sea, close to beach, shabby chic, clean!

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a new brewery. Everything needed nearby! Older windows we ask to not open. Note: Linens are NOT provided (bed covers are). MP 9.5

Had a great time at this place. Host Anthony was very nice and responsive. He has a beautiful home with lot of amenities. Kitchen is loaded with all kinds of pots, pans as well as utensils. Bedrooms bathrooms are clean with lots of extra linens and towels. We got lucky with our twins with one of the bedrooms upstairs with two twin beds. Felt like it was meant for them. Seriously the home is very cute and cozy. Every morning me and wife would sit on the front deck and have our morning coffee. Also Anthony has a bunch of chairs and umbrellas for the beach too. I might consider coming here again. Thank you Anthony.

This was our second stay at Silvia's place and it did not disappoint either stay. We love staying here at their home in Nags Head, as it is private but also close to all OBX has to offer. The home is very comfortable, clean, and has all you would need for a nice stay at the beach! Highly recommend!!

This was a fantastic house for our family (six teenagers ~ three boys, three girls). There were bedrooms and beds such that almost everyone had their own bed. (two girls had to share a king which was perfectly fine). The kitchen was well stocked, there were ample paper goods (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper) and coffee pods to get you started. Each bathroom had a hair dryer and Tresemme shampoo/conditioner along with Dove body wash so you could pack at little lighter. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room at the table/on the couch for all 8 of us (often when we rent houses the table/couches don't seat all of us at once). The house was very close to Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge, good restaurants, ice cream and grocery stores. We've stayed at the OBX five times in the last 5 years and this spot was the most convenient and comfortable. If it had a pool table it would be impossible to beat.

We were extremely happy with our stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured. Check in was easy and the house was very clean and well laid out. The game room area was a huge hit and we spent a lot of time down there in the evenings. It was a 1.5 minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient! Great local food recommendations from the host which were delicious and budget friendly. It made for the perfect little beach get-away!

Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed in. Alan was easy to communicate with and super responsive . The house was beautiful and in a peaceful area. Neighbors were wonderful. Kitchen was easy to cook meals in and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, showers were hot and towels were fluffy! The sound was a walk down the driveway and had great sunsets. Beach access was less than a 8 minute drive. Beach towels and all things you need were available. Pool was perfect and clean. The canal at the back of the house was great and lots of wildlife to hang out with. We would without a doubt come back again!! Just loved this place so much!! Thank you Alan for making our vacation so stress free and enjoyable!!
