FAMILY FRIENDLY LOFT APARTMENT IN SOUTHERN SHORES, NC Separate entry from the right side of the house. Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

**Established 5-star rated beach vacation rental** The SandPyle has 3 bedrooms (two with queens, one with 2 twins), 2 full baths, a front & back deck with Adirondack chairs, an enclosed porch, and a covered downstairs for space to play games, hang out and grill (plus an outdoor shower!). You will enjoy all the comforts of home and then some. We do have beach essentials on the property including beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, and a small cooler. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

The Osprey Landing | Semi-Oceanfront Guesthouse

This 1 bedroom stand alone apt is incredible, its tucked into a unique space thats totally private yet close to all the northern Outer Banks has to offer. It has two large decks and 1 has views of the ocean. Follow the grass driveway to the street and walk 100ft to the ocean. You will not find a more well thought out space for 2 people than this spot. *There may be some construction noise during the day next door at the main house for the last two weeks of June and first week of July.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
