The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

Cofield was very helpful. Always responded to my messages, I needed a drain unclogged and they had it fixed the next day and well as assisted me with getting the excercise bike set up!

Great location and very convenient for a visit to Duke. Host was very flexible and allowed us to check in early! Overall good value for the money.

My family and I enjoyed our stay with Bull City. We came to Durham to celebrate the 5th and final Dreamville. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to helping us!

Hosts are amazing. North facing exposure with a grand view of the Raleigh cityscape and surrounding forest. The parking was free as advertised and studio was beautifully appointed. Smart home features are clever and we were near some good local markets and eateries. Grateful for the overall accommodation given!

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was excellent—clear, prompt, and helpful throughout. The space was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Beds were super cozy, and everyone slept well. One especially thoughtful touch was the selection of kids' toys—it made a big difference for our family and helped our little ones feel right at home. My husband forgot his AirPods and Elizabeth reached out and let me know. I was able to setup time with her to pick them up. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Sandra’s place was just as described. Pictures are accurate and the space is very nice. Sandra was very responsive to messages and very timely with responses as well. We enjoyed our time there . For my wife and I the bed was a little too firm but that’s just a matter of opinion and preference. Sandra was a flexible host and gave us the opportunity to check in at an earlier time. It was a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Fairfield Harbour condo! The unit was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The view overlooking the Neuse River was absolutely beautiful—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening unwinding after a day of exploring. The layout was ideal for our group, offering privacy between the two bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it super comfortable for two couples. The master bath’s walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the second bath’s deep tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to historic downtown New Bern, where we enjoyed everything from Tryon Palace to the birthplace of Pepsi, charming shops, and fantastic local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to the community recreation center—it really added to the experience!

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

Such a beautiful community. Spent a few days here with my girlfriend as a weekend get away and we were not disappointed at all! Such a sleeper for the price!

Margaret is so easy to work with. There was a problem with the house that I originally booked (storm damage I believe) and she moved us to another place.

The place allowed for us to have a wonderful weekend with no problems or worries. Would recommend or stay there again.

Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

Perfect spot for 5 people. Great kitchen and lovely backyard.

We were in town to celebrate our son’s wedding. Casey and Carl’s home was the perfect place the to rest in between activities. The master sweet was an oasis amid very busy days. We loved the back fire pit to roast hot dogs and make s’mores. We highly recommend this home!
