Overall, great second stay. Plenty of parking. It is a an older house converted into a duplex, so the other tenants do impact your stay if you aren't accustomed to shared walls. We would still choose this location over others because of accessibility, cleanliness, and the hosts. The porch is nice to sit on for a meal or drinks. The house is well stocked and there's a grocery store a few minutes away. Love the character of the older home! It's very quaint with a modern touch. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This place was perfect for our stay! Beautiful neighborhood to walk around in, 2 beautiful bedrooms, both with king size beds and their own bathroom, and the family room was perfect for our little family to spread out. Thank you for another wonderful stay in one of your properties!

The house was very easy to find. It is close to many different restaurants and grocery stores which was very nice. Hosts respond to messages quick and are very helpful when it came to checking in. I had a group of 6 guests and everyone loved the space/area. We all felt right at home.

This place is adorable, much nicer than it seemed from the photos. It really seems like a home rather than a rental. Great fenced in back yard surrounded by trees made the dogs very happy.

Abby is a super responsive host. Her house feels bigger than expected. We love the mix of old and new and especially the comfortable beds! I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was so lovely that we extended 2 days and would have extended more if we didn’t have jobs to go back to and our son needs to go to school ha! It was absolutely tranquil and peaceful. The property is absolutely stunning and the interior is just as beautiful. Very well kept home with a lot of charm that made the whole experience cozy and we just didn’t want to leave. Mitch was a lovely host, always available to help if needed and we will certainly be looking this place up if we’re ever in town again, it’s a true gem!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

Had a great stay here! There’s a great private feel to the house, and I felt right at home there. Michael is very friendly and will make sure that you are accommodated nicely during your stay!

This place is a real diamond! The home itself is beautiful. Plenty of natural light, updated everything, and the interior design choices were made to perfection. The location is close necessities like groceries, drug stores, and restaurants. Kaylaa was fantastic. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. She was very responsive when my siblings and I had questions or concerns. All of this made for a truly spectacular sibling getaway! We’ll definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed getting to stay at Larry & Sandra's place in Raleigh for an extended weekend trip! The place itself felt private and was in a nice quiet area, and it was only a short drive from pretty much everything we did in Raleigh. Best of both worlds getting to enjoy being close to everything but also having a quiet place to come rest at. Everything inside was clean and exactly as described and we felt right at home. The property that this place sits on is very well kept up with, beautiful backyward waterfall setup and lots of flowers everywhere, it's easy to see Larry and Sandra take pride in their place! They also checked in with us upon arrival to make sure everything went smoothly, super nice folks! Thank you for letting us stay here, we really enjoyed it!
