This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

This home is highly recommended! Great location while attending our Annual Community Service Conference, less than 10 minutes away from the Hilton. They thought of everything you could possibly want in your own home, feels really at home! It is perfect! The backyard is huge and well maintained, very calm and relaxing! An abundance of clean linen, comfortable furniture and squeaky-clean kitchen with more than enough appliances and other amenities! If you are a great driver, the busy street will be no problem at all plus the driveway is large enough to do a 3-point turn without getting on the lawn. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We loved it and will reserve again on our next visit!

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

We loved the peacocks! They added such character to the area. They can be a little loud, but we felt it added to the charm. The pool was fantastic, and the house was spacious. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach when you were carrying chairs/umbrella/toys, but it was easy to drop them off and walk back when there weren’t parking spots. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Perfect spot for a week!

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place. It was super cute with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the little shed. Would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Very accommodating and helpful during our stay!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

Nice comfortable stay nice pool and hot tub

We would have given everything as 5 stars, except for the water leak and the fans that were required during our stay. Honestly would we stay again, absolutely. Would it be worth the cost that we paid, if it weren't for the fans and the various leak related issues absolutely. The house is extremely well maintained. Cleaned Exceptionally. The location is quiet and very nice. It is within walking distance to a grocery store and more. Within driving distance to everything the space coast has to offer. Carola is a wonderful host and very communicative. I would recommend her and her property to everyone. We just had the unlucky experience of a water leak that was just a fluke.

We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at Deborah 's place! In fact, this is my second time staying here, i enjoyed it that much! It is in a walking friendly area of cocoa village. The home itself is beautifully decorated. The fenced in yard was a perfect spot to let my sweet poodles out to explore! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lorena's place before and enjoyed it. It is exactly what we want when visiting. We plan on staying again if we can book it. Lorena and husband was quite friendly and helpful.
