The details were thorough for our stay near the beach. They thought of everything to make the stay welcoming and user friendly! Beach towels, bikes, cute kitchen and much more. Location was great and the town is a great easy vibe. This was a last minute stay and they were so helpful and responsive. We would do it again!

The location was perfect, with easy access to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Alpha and their property highly enough.

The house was very comfortable. Any issues we had during our stay were acknowledged and dealt with in a timely manner. The best thing about the location was the use of the resort across the street. We also enjoyed being able to bring our two little dogs with us and walk them along the beach during approved hours. Please note that the kitchen has VERY basic items such as a few plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. There was no salt and pepper, foil, casserole dish or anything. Everything will need to be purchased or brought with you if you need it. I've never stayed in a place that didn't have anything and I've stayed in many, many places in Florida and around the world. But we did enjoy our stay and plan on booking again next year if it is available...with the knowledge that we'll need to bring what we need to function as a family who cooks and eats at home most meals!

We usually stay in a hotel in Indialantic when visiting Florida Tech. We opted for Airbnb this time. It was perfect. We loved the private rooftop deck to have coffee in the AM and the patio table for dinner. We felt very safe and the beach was easily accessible across the street. We appreciated the outdoor shower after the beach. I saw other comments regarding the noise on the Hwy. it didn't bother us. The room did get morning light but again didn't bother us. I highly recommend staying here as it is quiet and easily accessible to beach. Plus, we were able to watch the SpaceX night launch from the beach. Space ship went right over our heads. A bonus we didn't expect.

Peggy is an amazing host. Her place was better than in the photos, she was super responsive, very helpful and couldn't have done more for us. Would 100% recommend.

This villa was a perfect girls trip location! The smallest of details in this home made it so cute! The villas were clean and spacious and the backyard was so relaxing and fun! I will definitely be back to this location.

The house was just as described. Very clean and lots of space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Great location, an easy walk to the beach and community pool by the river is very nice too. We did need the pool heater but it was unseasonably cool for the month of March. They were extremely quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

What a wonderful beach house! The perfect spot to relax. Right on the beach with a wonderful porch and beachside hut. Lots of room for a family to spread out and enjoy what the area has to offer. Plenty of bedrooms & a kitchen ready for family meals. Also all the beach gear you need. We will be back!

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

This is a perfect spot- walking distance to the hot spots and the beach! Ted was a very responsive host and we had everything we needed for the week at the home!

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about Patricia. She thought of everything before we even had a chance to ask. We had a great vacation and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated Cocoa Beach Airbnb! The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway including a wagon, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made our trips to the shore so convenient. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the Kennedy Space Center. Our family especially enjoyed the hot tub, mini golf area, indoor pac man machines and outdoor shower, which were perfect for relaxing and rinsing off after a sandy day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great amenities. They truly thought of everything to make this a unique stay, including a record player with records, yoga equipment, and even matching gold silverware, and pink dishes.

We had a great time with our stay. The house was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The walk to the beach was very short and easy even when carrying coolers/beach needs. Robert was a great host who went out of his way to message the times of a satellite launch which was very cool for us to see and would not have known about without his message!! 10/10 would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself is updated, very clean, open and well-stocked with basic items. We especially enjoyed the upper deck as well as the proximity to the dog beach, restaurants and rocket launches. The backyard is spacious, very private and peaceful, and the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. We didn't need the playset, but it looked like fun! The pool is lovely and the set up provided ample seating for both sun and shade. We had some issues with the pool operation and the garbage disposal, but Ulrich was responsive and tried to address. Note that you won't have use of the garage, but there is ample parking for two cars , in the driveway. Overall highly recommend!

For the last 3 wks, My fiancé and I have been traveling around Florida to find a place to relocation our businesses and family, Alberto was exceedingly helpful and very responsive. We went for the vistas, sunsets & sunrises, it was our place to recharge. Backward views very hard to beat. Hosts deserve a lot of credit. Place is beautiful - just as advertised. Clean, well designed, and has all the essentials. Our stay was fantastic as a whole. The backyard with the pool and the putting green is a great time. 9 minute walk (extremely flat) to a nice beach - no reason to drive to Cocoa Beach and pay for parking. Only drawback is having to share the backyard. Our first “suite neighbors” were great, the next group not so much. When we had the place to ourselves for a day, it was paradise. Book this place. You won’t regret it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. You’d be hard pressed to find a better place. The amenities are hands down the best from the beautiful beach and three pools to tennis court to fitness center. Debra’s condo is well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including pool and beach friendly drink ware. She is very personable and a pleasure to interact with. Neighbors are very friendly and the complex grounds are very clean. We look forward to staying here again.

First off the location was AWESOME! The walk to the beach path was a short stroll through the neighborhood and pass the pool, you did have to cross the street so hold onto those little ones hands! The overall Villa was well kept and clean, sure it could use some updating but it didn't take away from our trip at all. The beds were comfortable and bever ran out of hot water, sheets and towels smelled and were clean, all appliances worked zero to compain about. Some guests say the furniture was old and worn out but we didn't see it, it set well. The only thing we though was the tv was HUGE so close to the sitting area, but we didn't spend to much time in front of the t.v. so cant really expand on that. There was beach chairs and umbrellas available which was a huge bonus (since we forgot ours) There was mention of Fishing rods avaliable, it wasnt a big deal we still took the kiddos fishing with a local charter. Overall great stay, John was a great host, would stay again in a heartbeat.
