Great place for a short stay

The unit is located in the newly developed Tuscan Village area of Salem, NH, which is by far the best location in town. The space itself is luxurious, and my host was absolutely perfect—accommodating, helpful, and attentive. She greeted me upon arrival and ensured I had everything I needed to get settled in smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

The condo is lovely and exactly as pictured and described. The furniture was quite comfortable, beds were great, plenty of room and easy one flight stair access. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Having a reserved parking space was a perk. Theresa was very easy to reach and provided very helpful local info. We definitely plan to go back!

We had a wonderful two day stay at this Airbnb, everything you needed for a relaxed time at the beach.

We stayed here for a couples weekend. There was 8 adults. It was the perfect size house to accommodate the group size. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and wished there was just a few more dish washer pods and trash bags. Thankfully we did have 2 trash bags that we brought from home as a back up.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The location was incredible and completely walkable. The house was spacious for a large group of adults and plenty of room to have dinner together and play games. Molly was outstanding with her quick responses and helped us make our weekend memorable. We could not stop talking about how positive our experience was this past weekend thanks to our hosts!

Our group included two families traveling to the area for a wedding. All of our correspondence with the host was very helpful and responsive. This house included several very nice and helpful items from: beverages in the refrigerator, snacks in the pantry, labeled light switches, dimmable night lights, heated bathroom floor in master bathroom, hot tub, small children’s play set,and spacious backyard deck. The exterior lighting was very helpful at night. This house was perfect for the needs of our group.

My group stayed at Phil and Kaylin’s for an event at the SNHU arena. The location was perfect as the arena was only a few minutes away from the property. Phil and Kaylin also went out of their way to provide an early check in time so my group could check in prior to the event at the SNHU arena starting. The flexibility was very appreciated. The house was very spacious and clean.

The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The place is quiet and peaceful. Would stay there again.

Alana was kind and thoughtful she communicated very well and was helpful in navigating restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Her house is clean and maintained.
