House vacation rentals in Rockingham County

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!!

My friends and family stayed at Chris’s Airbnb last year and knew we had to come back to do it again this year!! Had an amazing time playing darts, lounging in the hot tub, and grilling! Hope to make it year 3 next year! Highly, highly recommend Chris’s place👍

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk into town. The home was spotless and incredibly well stocked. The real highlight, though, was the outdoor space. We loved relaxing by the fire pit and in the plunge pool! The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and enjoyable space. Andrew was very proactive and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming New England style Cape Cod home, which had the perfect layout & space during our stay in town for a family weekend wedding. It has a definite welcoming and cozy vibe; you will not be disappointed! Located close to historic downtown Exeter with cute shops and restaurants but if you have just a little extra time take the scenic drive along the coast on Route A1, it is well worth it! The host, Keri, was incredibly friendly, responsive and double-checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Host was absolutely amazing! House was amazing as well, exactly as described and was beautiful. Easy checkin, very proactive, and kept in touch when needed!! Would book again 100%. Cannot recommend enough!

This was my second time staying at the pink cottage and both times our stay was amazing. It also rained both times! Close to downtown Newburyport and steps from the beach this is a prime location for both a private place and close to good food, and shopping. Michael was a responsive host and check in was easy via locked box. The cottage is stocked with basics and items you can use to take to the beach. Will definitely return !

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It was clean and adequate for our needs. We appreciated the private back yard, multiple bathrooms, and large kitchen. Kara was a very attentive host and contacted us frequently to make sure that our needs were met.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at York on the Rocks. The view is absolutely incredible. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Roberta was very responsive and even came out to help when we were having WiFi connection issues and resolved the issue immediately. Off the boat lobsters were delicious. We would 10/10 recommend this place. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

This place was perfect! Very clean , and I’m very particular! We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the Owls. There was a pair of them. One suggestion updated the deck furniture. There was only 3 places to sit. The chairs were pretty shaky ! But you wouldn’t be disappointed in your stay. Recommend

Everything we needed to get away, cook, and enjoy a fireplace.

If you will be in the area you MUST stay here!!!!!! We had three generations stay at this cozy, updated and clean home that had every amenity that we could’ve needed. Torie was wonderful to work with and the property was magnificent. I give this listing 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was our 2nd year staying at the Post 12 Beach House! We like that it’s a few minutes walk to Hampton Beach and the boardwalk. Melissa makes us feel welcome and is always responsive to any inquiries we may have. Thank you!

A warm and welcoming home directly on a beautiful beach! This house is ideal for families and offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay on the ocean. We enjoyed our stay so much - we extended a day because we couldn’t bear to leave! We WILL be back and will forever be grateful to Matt for sharing his home that holds a week full of core memories for our children.

Beautiful and clean home. The host was very responsive and fixed an issue we had quickly. I texted at 3am expecting a reply later but got a response right away. Stayed here with 7 others and it was very comfortable with everything we needed.

My husband and I booked this place for a few days to get some time away together. It was perfect! The space is bright and inviting but also cozy and comfortable. We were a little nervous about the emphasis on being quiet but once you’re there, you appreciate the peaceful surroundings. Scott was very quick to respond to messages and was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a local soccer tournament! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little touches. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very beautiful home! Plenty of space for our large group! Loved the karaoke machine! Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Loved our stay at John and Celeste’s lake house. It was our first mini vaca with our 8 month old baby and it was perfect. Beautiful views and very peaceful. We would gladly go back!
