Absolutely loved spending time at the house and local beach! I picked this house to host friends for a birthday weekend on the beach, I’m a foodie so in addition to the excellent location picked this house because of the kitchen. I brought many of my own knives, platters, bowls and Dutch oven for meals but this kitchen was stocked so well I didn’t need to bring anything. There were 6 of us staying at the house and it was the perfect space! Highly recommend visiting Mel’s home 😍

The house was beautiful! We did not leave it for most of our stay as it had plenty to do while there. The host was responsive and proactive. Would recommend the stay.

very comfortable, clean, cozy cabin on the lake. it has everything you could need. the cabin is close to other houses but the neighbors were very quiet and friendly. when the heater didn’t work, George very promptly made sure it got fixed. he couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. when we left having lost an earbud, George, by some miracle, found it and sent it to us. wonderful hosts!!

Loved staying here again! A hidden gem in a terrific location!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, cozy condo. Very close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty to do in the surrounding area. If we didn’t want to go out the full kitchen was great to have, as well as grills and tables in the backyard. Even though it is located in a well populated area, it’s was still very quiet and peaceful. Travis was very kind and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had. The place was clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. Very spacious and relaxing. We had little ones, so it was nice to have places to take a stroll along the residential roads and with towns close by for shopping, playground, and restaurants. We also cooked several family meals and enjoyed the large dining table to share a meal and even work a puzzle. There is also a great grocery store nearby. It was perfect.

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

We had such a sweet couple of days in Rye and Bungalow number 12 was the perfect spot. Close enough to stores and restaurants if needed yet still a super quiet section of beach. Absolutely lived it♥️

Love this place! Right on the sand view to die for!

My husband and I booked this place for a few days to get some time away together. It was perfect! The space is bright and inviting but also cozy and comfortable. We were a little nervous about the emphasis on being quiet but once you’re there, you appreciate the peaceful surroundings. Scott was very quick to respond to messages and was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Judith was very friendly and helpful. There was a power outage when we arrived. (Accident). The unit has a backup generator which of course was helpful. She also kept us updated on the estimate time till the power would be back. (It wasn’t long)

My family was looking for a place to stay for 2 nights for a local sports tournament. We chose this place first because it allowed us to have a later check-in which was important for our travel accommodations. Jim gave detailed instructions for the location, parking spot, and getting inside. Once we got inside, we felt right at home. The place was very clean and tidy. The size of the condo, the sleeping arrangements and price were all very reasonable for my family of 5. There were plenty of linens and kitchen items. The kids appreciated the board games and the adults appreciated the K cups! The location is right on the beach and the perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It was a perfect place for us!

Excellent host. Response time was very quick. The rental was right across the street from the beach with gorgeous views. Would recommend and will book again.

John's Condo on Hampton Beach is a well decorated and comfortable place. We stated for our 35th Anniversary, John also left us a bottle of champagne as a welcome/Anniversary gift. Very safe and away from the hustle and noise of the boardwalk. We loved it so much.
