Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Rockingham County

Great place within walking distance to the beach.

We gathered w our kids and grandkids and everything was great we were pleasantly surprised a pm t how roomy the house was . It was so fun to gather there and make memories. . We would definitely try to rent there again

We absolutely loved Kara’s beautiful home! It was thoughtfully designed, cozy, and perfectly suited for our family of four. The house was new, modernly furnished, spotless and had everything we could have possibly needed, making it feel just like home. After days exploring, it was fantastic to unwind in the pristine hot tub, especially under the stars. The location was perfect—peacefully nestled yet close to excellent restaurants and the beautiful beach. Kara was also a fantastic host, quick and responsive whenever we had questions. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway.

This was the perfect location for our family to spend spring break together! The teenagers loved the games and hot tub, and the adults loved sitting on the patio and chit chatting. The beds were all comfortable, and the window air-conditioning units let each room pick their comfortable temperature. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and the house had a ton of items available! They provided sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap (which so many do not) We all enjoyed the pinball enough that we definitely had to get an extra few rolls of quarters for our 5 night trip. We also all don't do well with the Melaluca brand products that the house uses, so we got our own soaps. There are so many great spaces on the property, and we would have spent even more time outdoors if the weather was warmer, but there was SO much to do inside! We all kept commenting how perfect it was for our group of 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 tweens.

Patrick’s home was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. We have been going to York beach for years, this was a treat as it was not as crowded. It was very relaxing to see the sunset and be so close to the beach. We look forward to visiting here again in the near future!

Our stay was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. Chris is a great host - very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 100% would stay here again and hope to do so this summer!

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew. He was extremely kind, thorough and exceptionally responsive and helpful. His home was beautiful and spacious, but still felt cozy and warm. Landscaping was immaculate and even though it is located in a neighborhood, it felt extremely private. Location was exceptional, Ogunquit is such a fun and beautiful little town and it was so nice to be able to walk to everything. Everyone in our party was wanting to come back and were all extremely satisfied. Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of us, we had the best weekend!
