This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Beautiful house matches photos. The location is great for walking to the market or harbor. The street is quiet, easy to access, parking spaces within the property, greatly appreciated in this small village. We had a great time at Alain's place and will be sure to go back!

As described. I recommend. There were 3 of us, we didn't have to be + (according to us). The fleet is a very charming village, the seaside are very pleasant. Restaurants, shops, possibility to have bikes. It has everything on site to enjoy and discover. It is easy to move from one place to another on the island. We recommend the restaurant, "your mouth laughs." Received at 12:15 p.m. without a reservation, we were made room. The food is very well prepared, the service is efficient, the professionals smiling. In short. Simple and efficient.

Christophe and Nathalie welcomed us warmly and agreed to change the arrival time. They explained everything directly to us and we were able to ask questions. The house is furnished with neat details and is simply beautiful with its dream garden and beautiful terrace. There's everything we need. The path to the beach is very close and easy to navigate. We loved our stay at Shelley's house, having a garden, great for our dog, the nice surprise was the fireplace that we lit every night it gave a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and Shelley provided free wood, the house is close to everything to go there on foot, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay, we hope to be able to come back to spend a good time again

Really good value for money, and an idyllic setting. We swam in the river and used the communal garden for barbecues most nights. The house was well equipped and spacious. Only downside was the noise from the road early mornings and as it was a sunny warm holiday weekend when we stayed the local youth were a little noisy playing music and leaving litter around but no trouble and nothing our hosts could do about that. There’s an amazing boulangerie just yards away. All in all a very pleasant stay.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our host Suzanne was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Suzanne for hosting us, we recommend your rental!
