Bright south-facing studio on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building (no elevator). Bicycle: No bicycle storage. They are not allowed in the hall and must be parked outside or taken down to the cellar (under your responsibility) Courtyard apartment, on a shopping street. The studio is a 10-minute walk from downtown. The thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by car). Fiber Wi-Fi included. Parking at the foot of the building: free and paid spaces depending on the zone.

Quiet ground floor studio in the historic center

Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Note that there is no dishwasher.
