So many words come to my mind as I write this review, but I think the two that describe it so well are idyllic and peaceful. We were so incredibly thrilled to book Martine’s home for our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We woke up to the sound of birds chirping, and the peacefulness of village life. Yet, even though it was a small village, they had so many amenities (Boulanger, Charcuterie, restaurants, markets, Patisserie) that were within walking distance from the home. After the hustle and bustle of Paris and Bordeaux, it was absolute heaven to be able to stay at their home in Rochecorbon. If I could, I would definitely give it more than five stars.

Anthony is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation is perfect with a very good bed. It is a semi-troglodyte accommodation which gives it all its charm with a stove to heat up in the living room area. perfect for us 👍

We had a lovely time at Noémie's place. Very nice, well-equipped and tastefully decorated house. We were lucky enough to have good weather and enjoy the terrace with its beautiful view. We recommend this listing close to Tours.
