Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

In the Tours metropolitan area (10 min by car), we will welcome you to our house located in a lightly urbanized area, it is a bit "the city in the countryside", close to the Ateliers de la Morinerie, a contemporary art site. Our house consists of a ground floor with terrace and private garden for guests as well as an upper floor (where we live). We also have a very large wooded garden (1800 m2) which you can access upon request.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

Close to the Loire Valley castles, charming village house (Vouvray) facing south, quiet, between Tours and Amboise. The house is completely independent, very nice, well decorated. 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an open-plan kitchen with fireplace in the large living room! You will stay here, in the heart of the region of the castles and vineyards of the Loire, in the atypical setting of a semi-troglodytic gîte. Through the natural air conditioning that this type of habitat represents, you will feel like you are in a cocoon all year round, cool in the summer when the sun knocks the outside with its rays of heat... and warm in the winter!
