Close to the Cathedral and museums, shops and restaurants, in the very heart of Tours. The river, the old town, supermarkets, markets and all places of interest at 5/10 mn walking Close to the train and bus stations, bike rental and information desk, with its own private garage, le Gîte du Centre is an ideal touring base for the castles of the Loire Valley and vineyards. I'll do all my best to make your stay comfortable and to give you further informations if you need it.

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 min by tram+10 min walk), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have access to the upstairs of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one bedroom (20 euros extra if you want both bedrooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two bedrooms. Baby crib and changing table available. All guests are welcome in our home, but there are stairs. For your information, I'm staying on the floor below.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Nice quiet studio 20 m², 10 min from Tours center

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

Maison du Coteau + Parking, Near Tours

30 m² house located in Vouvray, close to Tours. The House is close to the Châteaux de la Loire: Amboise, Chinon, Villandry... Furnished and equipped house composed of a living room with kitchen area. You will stay here, in the heart of the region of the castles and vineyards of the Loire, in the atypical setting of a semi-troglodytic gîte. Through the natural air conditioning that this type of habitat represents, you will feel like you are in a cocoon all year round, cool in the summer when the sun knocks the outside with its rays of heat... and warm in the winter!
