Amanda was a lovely host and a great communicator. There were some gifts upon arrival such as Wine and Sweets, and there was Duplo available for the kids to play with. The house is cosy, but the space was sufficient for my wife, two kids and myself. The house and facilities were all clean. There is some road noise from outside as the property is next to a road, but this was advertised and wasn't excessive. We were approximately 10 minutes from Alton Towers, so the location was handy. Thank you.

What a fantastic find! We stayed overnight on our way home from Scotland. It was a bit last minute but Denise was quick to respond and made sure check in went as smoothly as possible. It's clear to see why they are superhosts! We walked in and were blown away by the beautiful decor inside. Everything was high end and clearly well thought about but the cottage still felt warm and welcoming. Lots of lovely, personal touches throughout as well. Would highly recommend this little gem if you need somewhere to stay nearby.

Sophie’s place was nice and what we needed for our time in Ashbourne. We slightly struggled with the shower temperature & felt some areas could have done with a quick wipe. However, our highlight was the incredibly comfy bed! We slept like babies. Thank you.
