Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and a sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms, one of which is reserved for a bedroom. The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/loungers The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with a lawn, reserved for about 200 square meters.

The villa "Il Paduletto", located in a very quiet location, despite being in the countryside, is a few minutes from the Sterpaia natural park and the beautiful beach of Carlappiano, it is close to the town of Riotorto, where there are shops and supermarket. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
