Vacation rentals with a pool in Roccamare

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is well maintained and exactly as per the description provided. Giovanna and her family are highly responsive and responded instantly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to the Toscana to stay at this wonderful house.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

There aren't enough words to describe this experience. We loved staying here and loved the house; you have everything you need. The garden is great if you have dogs, and it's really quiet and cozy. Tesa and Giovani are amazing hosts and we are very happy that we met them. We will get back next year for sure.

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

We had a wonderful time at Lucas' vacation home. Two weeks in the typical Tuscan idyll with more or less private pool helped us recharge our batteries. In addition to the extended pool days, sightseeing should not be neglected either. There are many unique attractions in the surrounding area. However, a car is essential. Most locations take about 1 hour. Luca was a great host and a really nice guy who did everything to make sure we had a good time on our vacation. He knows the area very well and was able to give us a variety of recommendations for fantastic day trips. What we would also like to mention is the cleanliness. The house was really well maintained. Even the knives were reasonably sharp 🙌 😅 We felt very comfortable with Luca and can highly recommend staying with him. Kind regards Sevi, Leon & Flo

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

We loved staying at the Santa Lucia Farmhouse and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this region. The property itself is incredible. We loved the sunsets over the Tuscan hills and hanging out near the pool during sunset gave us incredible photos of the sun reflecting off of the water. We loved walking outside of the property to explore the beauty along the road as well. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook from home. The views from each window were beautiful as well. Francesca's recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful too for days when we went out into Asciano or the towns nearby. We visited Siena and Arezzo during our stay and had a lot of fun exploring these towns and then coming home to the peaceful farmhouse. Also notable is that Francesca made the check-in process super easy with short videos of how to get inside the property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Francesca!

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

Marta and Andrea are very great and handsome people. They are always helpful and proactive in any needs we had. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful space and a good starting point for trips in this area. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Samuel's apartment! It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and there was everything we could wish for a relaxing vacation: from cozy deck chairs on the balcony to new comfortable mattresses in all beds :) The pool is large and beautiful and the complex is very quiet. Samuele always responded immediately to messages and always found good solutions. The local contact was also very helpful and friendly! We will be happy to come back :)

La Casetta was hands down the highlight of our 15-day trip through Italy. Barbara's husband Andrea was amazing—despite our travel delays, he came out late at night to meet us in person and show us around the property, which was such a kind touch after a long day. The place was super clean, cozy, and really well set up. Our toddler had the best time playing with all the toys—they definitely thought of families when setting this place up! The location was perfect too—just a short drive to Casole d’Elsa and Siena, which made for some really fun day trips. One of our favorite surprises was the selection of local wines at the property. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially since we didn’t have time to hit the grocery store that night. The hot tub was clean and actually hot (which isn’t always the case!), and the views from the property were just unreal—rolling Tuscan hills during the day, and a sky full of stars at night. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Belonging large on multiple levels with furnishings and spaces to comfortably accommodate more people. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a stay away from home. Very nice and relaxing outdoor space. Communication with Lucia was also great and smooth. Recommended!

Our stay at Fiamma's agritourism farmhouse near Siena was absolutely incredible. The location is like something out of a dream—surrounded by stunning landscapes that make you feel like you're in a postcard. The house itself is beautiful, with cozy, well-appointed rooms that made us feel right at home. Our kids had a blast, especially with the swimming pool overlooking vineyards, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Tuscan countryside. Fiamma and her husband were fantastic hoss, always making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we can't wait to return

Had a great stay, without any problems

Great villa, in a scenic area much like the pictures. The facilities are great with a big kitchen, outdoor terrace and patio area, 4 large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our host Guiseppe was fantastic, he was always attentive to our needs and has great knowledge of the big cities and the local area.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.

Luana and her husband were amazing hosts. Even though they didn’t speak english we were still able to communicate well. The house and its surrpundings were very nice and everything was kept really clean. We would definetely go back!

Getting there is adventurous. Arrived there, however, you will find a great spot on earth, because the house of Savina & Riccardo is a real pearl. Great views, quiet and private. It is best to pack a bit of provisions, maybe buy a good wine & cheese from the own organic farm of the two and you can go well. Savina is a great host and is happy to help with any questions via WApp. In the village there is a small market that has the essentials. But it is worth stopping in a larger supermarket again. If you don't trust your car to the cottage, you will also be taken to the property about 2km away. The first descent and driveway were wild but you get used to it and our Mercedes Vito packed it. The highlight was definitely the wine tasting and the great products of their organic farm :)
