We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

We had a very nice vacation in this stylish, well-kept house with a large property in the countryside. The house is equipped with everything necessary, everything clean and tidy. We were there with children and a dog and enjoyed the simple life in nature. The passing road was closed during our stay. So we had to take detours on excursions, but it was very quiet and you could hear the stream and the animals. Very relaxing, for us and all those who like something like that. We received a warm welcome on our arrival. Communication was always quick, friendly and concerned with our well-being. 👍 Many thanks to the hosts and all the best for the future.

It was just like in paradise. Absolute tranquility, the view a dream, the house a gem. Everything so beautifully and tastefully furnished. The pizza oven and barbecue area were the hit. Everything tip top clean and extremely well equipped. Just unbelievably beautiful and exceptional. Gaia the host was super sweet and always responded immediately. I'll give it another 10 stars right away. You felt totally well taken care of and warmly welcomed. However, you have to like the seclusion. If you want action, many restaurants, etc. right around the corner, this is out of place. The location is ideal for exploring Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, just the whole Val d'Orcia. Distance Arezzo, San Gimignano about an hour and a half. Nearest Coop about 20 minutes in Monterroni. I highly recommend this place. Please adjust to some difficult road conditions, which is nothing atypical in Tuscany.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is just gorgeous! The location was perfect for our time in the country side with Siena and Montepulciano 30-40 minutes in either direction. Aleksandra was very welcoming and communication was great. She gave us great recommendations and helped us with any questions. The house was very comfortable for our needs. We would also highly recommend a dip in the natural pool as it was a really good experience. Thank you again for everything, Aleksandra!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Quiet, secluded cottage in the middle of the forest. Everything matches the pictures and the description. They were very nice, relaxed holidays. Even if it was 35 degrees down the coast, it was pleasantly cool at the house. It was a lovely time. The landlords/hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pathway to the house leads via a gravel road, which is a little more difficult to drive on three climbs, but the residents also drive there with their small standard cars. An off-road vehicle is only recommended for the last 100 meters. But you can also leave the car in front of this climb, the hosts help them drive up their luggage, with their car. If you love nature and the forest and are looking for relaxation, this accommodation is just right for you.

We had a smooth, private check-in with a clear introduction to the house.
