Absolutely beautiful home! We very much enjoyed our stay and the area of Sarteano. We will be back again!

Jan’s place, right in the line separating Tuscany from Umbria, was a welcome base for exploring both. It was well-appointed, the upstair bedroom has a view of the beautiful countryside, and allowed for cooking (which we enjoyed). The area is full of interesting and lovely spots to explore. We really enjoyed the lakes and Castiglione del Lago, and Chiusi is also nearby. Jan was an extremely helpful and responsive host. She extended herself to find ways to make us feel comfortable.

We don’t have words to describe the place and welcoming from Raffaella e Cláudio. What a sweet couple, very friendly, very cordial and pleasant. The apartment was spacious, very very clean and an amazing deck with a beautiful view of the vineyards and olive trees. We definitely would stay here again and again!

Even before we arrived we felt just like home. Flavio prepared a GDrive with answers to every single question we could have thought of. The place was great, the view was amazing and overall an amazing place to spend the holliday- where I proposed to my girlfriend. Be ready to make some fantastic memories if you decide to stay here.

We were very well received by Chiara. We enjoyed our three day stay with the delicious wine lunch. The grounds are beautiful with breathtaking views. Ideally located to visit surrounding sights. I highly recommend. Denis

This place is truly a 10/10. I’ve stayed at dozens of BNBs over this year and I have to say that this is one of my absolute favorites. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the nature to the spaciousness, is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nestled quite far into the mountains so whenever we went on day trips like to Pienza or Pitigliano, it was always around an hour drive or more.

This accommodation has a really nice view. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. There are two swings, a playground with a slide, a garden, and the kids were happy with animals such as mountain rabbits, cats, mountain birds, snails... etc. I was grateful that the hosts were so kind and sweet. I recommend this accommodation that I want to go to again.

The entire property and room itself were beautiful. Beyond our expectations. We enjoyed our short stay there and would absolutely go back in the future for longer given the opportunity. Highly recommend!

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. we all loved White Lily. it was serene with a beautiful setting in the countryside. we would return if we were n the area again.

A very nice stay in Tuscany. Within driving distance to many great destinations - Montepulciana, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena. If you just want to relax, it is a very peaceful place with a lovely pool. The grocery store was 5 minutes away and Marian always had wonderful recommendations for us.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

Grove cottage is a very peaceful place to relax and unwind. Leonardo has thought of everything you need for a perfect, comfortable stay. The cottage interior is like new, very clean with new furnishings and a very comfortable bed, we slept great every night. The recommendations provided on places to eat, visit, local events and more are excellent. Leonardo is a great host, who will go out of his way to help you have an enjoyable experience staying at Grove cottage.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

Lovely home and surroundings! Alessandro was a fantastic host! The wine, figs and olive oil he shared with us were wonderful. We highly recommend staying here for your Tuscan getaway!

Luca is awesome. He’s a great host and his place was amazing. I will be back. You should do this. You’ll need a vehicle to reach it. It’s worth it being out of the beaten path. Good day trips to the Terme— we spent a day inside while it rained outside. So peaceful

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Wonderful property. Just outside of the city, but a super close drive in. Great grocery stores, restaurants, and experiences close by. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights in this great place! Apartment clean and as described! Great location for those who want to visit Siena and its surroundings such as Pienza, Val d 'Orcia, etc. Absolutely recommend

Family loved the villa and pool. The closest village is only a few minutes away and has stunning views. There's a great butcher in town as well.

Staying at Lorenzo’s place was a really nice experience. You feel the warmth of the hosts from the moment you step in. The studio was what we expected from a house in the countryside. The garden and outdoor areas are very nice and accessible to all guests. The highlight of our stay was the dinner in Lorenzo and Maria Garcia’s house with the other guests, a real italian experience. They really made us feel like we are having dinner with our family, which was a very nice way to end our trip!

We expected something special and we were rewarded with a special apartment in an amazing historic building. Grand entrance courtyard, well-tended garden and lovely views. Annalisa and her mother made check-in seamless. Our stay was memorable. Pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was provided because the nearest village is some ways away. The location is a short drive to any number of impressive medieval villages. Grazie Annalisa!

Fabio’s home was absolutely beautiful! He was so helpful at check-in, and the location couldn’t be beat. We’ll be back!
