We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

very close to the sea, 5 min walk. comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation and very kind host. 2 min walk from the supermarket and shops. I was afraid because there was no air conditioning but both day and night the house is well ventilated thanks to the breeze practically always present. The outdoor shower is excellent.

The stay in the apartment was pleasant , Ilaria is a great host , always available and able to give you great advice. Very clean apartment, strategic location both for its proximity to shops and restaurants , and to reach the beaches of the Argentario, with an added value of the private parking space.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it! The apartment is large, modern and stylishly furnished, with plenty of space to feel completely comfortable. Particularly impressive is the spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea – just perfect for relaxing and ending the day. I was on vacation with friends in Riccardo's apartment. The location is great, very close to the sea, (very nice equipped and free beach) and in the center that can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is very comfortable and ventilated , equipped with everything you need, with internal parking, we had a very good time. Riccardo and his wife were very friendly.

It was just gorgeous! we enjoyed our holiday very much and look forward to our next visit.

Well equipped apartment with sensational sea views, shaded, secure parking, direct beach access. Two restaurants within walking distance, shops in Albinia (2 km), plenty of excursions possible (agentario, Giglio, Saturnia, Pitigliano, ..) , several great beaches close by, cycling and hiking tours (Maremma, Argentario) possible, good communication with landlord.

everything is great. I suggest placing a few extra lights in front of the curtains to eat when it's dark.

Super relaxing experience, special tent in the shape of a hut, simple but with everything you need!! Sleeping under the pine forest with the noise of the cicadas in the background was beautiful. The tent inside has a refrigerator, a clothesline, dishes, and cooking essentials (outside there is a stove for each station and a comfortable garden coffee table). Great proximity to the beach (reachable via an underpass without having to cross the street). Strategic tent location as it is within walking distance of the camping bar, market and restaurant. As an initial equipment, a roll of toilet paper is provided (I recommend equipping if the stay is for several days, but in any case the market provides everything you need at affordable prices). Clean and never crowded campsite bathrooms (end of August). I would repeat the experience just to wake up in the morning, open the tent zip, and be in the middle of nature. Highly recommended!!!

Kims tents are great!! Very good equipped and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the chared outside kitchens are also well equipped. The campsite is quite nice with everything you need and good facilities. Check- in and out was very uncomplicated. To walk to the beach takes you maybe 15 minutes.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful week at Giulia's apartment. The apartment is located in a separate complex, to which only guests and owners of the houses there have access. The apartment is in a great location, including Sea view and a large, partly covered, terrace. Giulia's apartment is a good fit for 2-3 people and is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The apartment is very clean, with the check-in and check-out everything worked smoothly. Particularly worthy of mention is the access to the sea, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and which you share with the other guests of the complex. The nearest town - Porto St. Stefano can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Giulia is a great host who responds very quickly to all inquiries and takes care of the well-being of her guests - all wonderful. We can recommend Giulia's apartment for anyone who wants to spend quiet days by the sea in a wonderful place away from mass tourism. We will be happy to come back - Grazie mille!!

I stayed with my family. The tent is located inside the campsite Le Marze. The place is especially for families, the pine forest is very nice and there is shade for almost all day. Inside the tent there are dishes, pots for cooking, there is also a fridge. Next to the tent there is a stove and a coffee table. The beds are super comfortable!

Super cute and romantic tent village in the middle of a camping resort. It feels like an own community with a shared outdoor kitchen. The tents are just amazing and the beds super comfy! We loved the contact to our neighbor tents but also enjoyed our privacy. Kim is a very nice person and super caring! We will definitely come back!

The week spent in the apartment was simply perfect! The property is exactly as it appears in the photos, in fact, even more beautiful in real life. The interiors are thoughtfully styled, with a modern and welcoming design that made us feel right at home. The cleanliness is impeccable and every comfort has been designed to ensure a relaxing stay. The balcony offers a view of Castiglione della Pescaia, it is a pleasant space to relax in the evening. The location is excellent, with everything at your fingertips: shops, restaurants and public transport easily accessible. Parking is a plus for the area.

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. Despite the heat (we stayed in August), the house remains cool as it is in the pine forest and is equipped with mosquito nets and fans. You can reach the sea on foot (free and clean beach and crystal clear sea). The area is very quiet (e.g. the proximity of the campsite is absolutely not a problem). Parking (free) can be found very easily in the pine forest at the end of the street. For shopping, it was very convenient for us to use the mini-market of the campsite, otherwise there is a Carrefour Express in the center of Marina di Grosseto (30 min walk or 5 min by car). Our Host Luisa was very kind and helpful. In general, for us (family with 2 school-age children) it was a very restful vacation since everything is at hand without necessarily using the car.

Very nice house a short walk to the beautiful public beach. Very nice and always quick contact with the host. Ventilate a little difficult because there is no window with a mosquito repellent.

Paolo's place is perfect for visiting castiglione. Free parking is in the immediate vicinity, the beach is less than a minute's walk away, and the city center is easily accessible within 10 minutes. The apartment lacks nothing, you are looking for something you find it. Paolo and his wife are full of small touches (coffee, wine , advice...). If we return to castiglione, we will stay there ☺️

It was a great week in Marina di Grosetto, the apartment was very spacious, and the location on the beach was great. It was extremely nice that we were allowed to use the stable umbrella and the landlords' loungers. The restaurants and the recommendations of the landlords helped us quickly find our way around.
