Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution. ** Ask about our "Tread Lightly" trail rides.

Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

The large stone fireplace will give you a time for snuggle in and feel the warmth. The Queen size bed has 2 windows facing the spectral views of the Ozark hills. The kitchen has the availability to use plenty of utensils to master your meals.The bathroom does have a jetted spa tub to soak in while giving you the option for a shower. The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
