Vacation rentals with lake access in Roaring Fork River

Wonderful cabin in the mountains. The place is very clean, has everything you need for a weekend getaway. it was a little bit difficult to find. However, this was not Doran's fault. It's just due to the location and we arrived at night. Highly recommend.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

Stunning. Absolutely stunning in every way. I am a highly discerning traveler and I really appreciate a beautiful space. The beds/bedding, kitchen amenities (I love to cook) and common spaces exceeded all expectations. We had the most magical Christmas, and the valley is magnificent and magical. We enjoyed quiet time at the cabin and traveling to Snowmass to ski was a joy because of the breathtaking journey there! The space was decorated with intention that we truly appreciated every detail. This review might be different from most because it was just my husband and myself who were sort of scoping out a possible retirement location - we had happened upon this area the year before and fell in love with it, especially this neighborhood. This was a nice spacious house with excellent views toward Crested Butte. Spring was getting started - Aspens leafing out yellow, wildflowers springing up, rivers running, higher mountains still snow-capped, yet hiking possible. I could imagine a large group really enjoying this house due to its size and well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Best of all was the view from the main living space and the deck. It's a quiet neighborhood - mostly you can hear only wind and birds. At night the neighborhood is very dark and the stars are amazing. We had no major issues - the few little things were addressed quickly and efficiently by the host. We would definitely stay there again, but would want to bring a crowd with us next time!

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Great spot close to Aspen. Clean and cozy space, great for 6 people. Gathering spaces for the group, and also spots for some privacy. Note that the room with the twin beds is attached to the room with the king bed, there is a doorway, but no door separating them. Really enjoyed our stay!

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

We had a fantastic stay at Dain's condo in Avon. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly located for a ski weekend. The proximity to the gondola to Beaver Creek was fantastic. Getting around on the shuttles was a breeze. A bonus was how close the unit is to the hot tubs and heated pool. I would happily rebook Dain's place if we make our way back to Beaver Creek.

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Great location! Very walkable to the lifts and all buses. The condo is as described. Good for 2 people and well stocked with coffee, cooking oil and pots and pans.

Great home base for skiing at BC and Vail - quick walk to the shuttle.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!
