Carlos is a great host, he was always attentive to what was offered to us, he also recommended transportation from the airport to the Airbnb and from the Airbnb to the airport, which was super safe and punctual. The Airbnb is a very nice clean place, a quiet and safe area, everything is very close to restaurants, 5th Avenue and the supermarket. We will definitely return to stay there

Gabriela and Gina were great in response to my inquiries. Gina was in person at the casa when I arrived and showed me the room and other amenities. I gave five stars for the ocean view. It is awesome whe I work up every morning watching the sunrise blended with the waves sound. Only the washroom needs to be upgraded.

The accommodation complies with everything and more! The rooms are comfortable, it is a great apartment to stay in on the island!

It's a place that's well worth it. It gives you everything you'd expect as a guest and even more. Take into account that the only means of transportation are taxis, so when you get off the ferry, take one to take you to the apartment that charges $60 (more or less). Take the tour to Cielito, recommended 10/10. Take precautions because you'll get burned no matter what. For food, we highly recommend the restaurant that's in front of the military housing units (I don't remember its name).

I love this place, it’s so close to the beach (just one block over) and 2 blocks down to the strip with cafes, restaurants etc) such a relaxing stay and peaceful.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The best bnb I’ve stayed in so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a fruit basket (as a fruitarian this was the best feeling). The house was stocked with towels, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body was, soap, beach chairs, life jackets, board games, etc. The pool was bigger & deeper than the pictures show. 10/10 recommend

Excellent place, very comfortable, we were very happy! I wish the living room and dining room had air conditioning! But other than that, we had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Visiting Mexico was already amazing, but staying in Tulum made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was very hungry. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? No problem - he recommended many things outside of what the tourist guides say. So - very special! Then the house: very spacious, very clean and very nice with its patio Thank you very much

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

Loved our stay! This is a great location in the town of Tulum, the property is gorgeous and quiet with a great gym, pools, and a cenote! The room was great, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, outdoor patio with hammock, and powerful AC. Recommend staying here 100%.

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

An excellent stay, everything was very clean, nice, when we arrived the A/C was already on so the condo was really nice, access to public transport just a few steps away, independent entrance and exit, Miriam was always attentive to us and communication was excellent.

Lovely place in beautiful setting with ocean view and constant sound of the surf. We've stayed before and will come back. While there's no beach access, we don't mind - just go to the beach or lagoon nearby.

A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

First off, Lorena is a great host, very caring and receptive, it was a pleasure meeting her! The space was immaculate, very liveable and quiet. Had everything anyone would need. Large area, great pool area and natural jungle surroundings, I even had a monkey walk past during a morning balcony coffee. The location is in a newer quiet area of town away from downtown or Port so taxi or renting a bike is a good idea, I also took advantage of the jungle path to the colonial area of town, which has amazing local food!! I would recommend Lorena and stay again in the future…thank you
