It's a wonderful location, peaceful with wonderful views. The gite is lovely, clean and stylish. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. Sylvie's cottage is peaceful and warm. The restoration of this old house is done tastefully. The house is spacious and comfortable. The garden is nice, peaceful and populated with cats.

We enjoyed staying at the Farmhouse of which returning to the pool after a busy day out was a favourite of our teens. nice and clean with all that you need to self cater provided. good bed linen, towels and robes supplied. The village is outside of Caen , there are no amenities within the small village and we decided to eat out during our days out and could easily cook in the evenings with supermarkets within driving distance. A quiet and quaint village in the Normandy Countryside with the main towns and D Day Beaches a easy drive on good roads.

We were very well hosted by Jane. We were able to store our bikes and our hosts were helpful and responsive to our requests! The apartment was very clean and very well-equipped, which is rather rare in many rentals: dishes, barbecue, garden terrace, etc. I highly recommend it. We will gladly return. We had a wonderful stay with Maryse. Her place is thoughtfully decorated and spacious. Maryse was a brilliant host and so flexible with us, we were incredibly grateful! We would absolutely recommend!

The cottage fully met our expectations. I would say that the place is even better than the photos, especially the surrounding area, which Peter and Sandrine and their children take care of with love. There are places where the heart finds a rest that the city does not offer, and suspended moments, woven with tender grass and rustling water. In Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, in this cottage nestled by the river, time seems to stretch like a slow summer daydream. The mornings rise in the soft light of an ancient day, and the evenings go to bed under the discreet song of the foliage lulled by the breeze. There, every stone seems to carry the memory of happy silence, every nook and cranny breathes the simple peace of true things. The hosts, of rare kindness, welcomed us like long lost friends who we find with joy. Everything is care, delicacy, and human warmth. It's a stopover you never forget. a short stay for us that went very well from start to finish the accommodation is very well located in the heart of the village and faithful to the description of the listing very comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms is also appreciated. some amenities should be renewed but nothing too bad there were 9 of us, everyone enjoyed this stay. all shops are within walking distance

The cottage offered by Lawrence is ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay in the countryside: it is very well equipped and furnished, the facilities are beautiful and comfortable, and it is remarkably clean! We also really enjoyed the very pleasant outdoor space and the very relaxing and natural immediate environment! Lawrence is also very friendly and accommodating and you can feel the care put into the quality of the accommodation offered! We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Philippe and Annie's. They are welcoming, warm and always available. The accommodation is great, new, clean, tidy and located in a beautiful quiet environment. They are suitable for couples, families and friends. We enjoyed these few days spent in this place and would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic night’s stay in the ‘wine cave’ with our elderly (blind and deaf) dog whilst driving through France. Nicole was so welcoming, with excellent communication from the start and so genuinely friendly. The project she and Alain have done to create the accommodation is amazing. It was lovely to be able to take time once settled in to watch the video of the whole project - what a legacy. We loved meeting the various animals around the site including such a friendly Beagle, the utterly stunning cockerel and the very cute miniature pig. The ‘cave’ was perfect for us after a very long drive from Poland through Germany. Silent, snug and private yet with Nicole on hand nearby if we needed anything but not at all intrusive. Fabulous bathroom and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. The beds were really comfortable. We will definitely come back and feel privileged to have been able to experience what Alain and Nicole had envisaged.

very good very welcoming accommodation with lots of space. the kitchen and the bathroom are modern they are very convenient on a daily basis. I recommend this place more for a summer period if you are chilly the latter in winter will not be most pleasant for you. Otherwise we were hosted very well and the amenities provided are very nice the jaccuzi was very nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this exceptional cottage. The surrounding calm, punctuated by the birdsong, the gentle whispers of the cows, as well as the touching presence of a horse and his newborn, contributed to a soothing and refreshing atmosphere. The cottage is impeccably clean, very well equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay. Solène's warm and attentive welcome was a real plus: she gave us a delicious bottle of apple juice, an attention that testifies to her kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend this unique place for a relaxing getaway in the heart of nature.
