This was my first time visiting Palm Springs, and I am so happy & fortunate I landed at Mountain Cocoon. Lindsay is the perfect host, and I felt at home immediately. The location is the best, close to downtown shops & restaurants. The view of the mountain from the balcony took my breath away. Lindsay thought of everything, and I hope to come back and hang out in this amazing space again. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful place to stay! We had everything we needed, and then some. We will certainly be coming back, Britta made us feel right at home.

This place is amazing and a great price. The host is very responsive and provided great instructions for everything. The space was very nice and clean. It has a full kitchen with everything we needed and roomy and comfortable living areas. It has a nice outdoor balcony to hang out and relax overlooking the courtyard with a big tree the hummingbirds enjoy. There are two separate bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom has a bathroom with a beautiful spacious vanity area and the toilet and shower separate. The second bedroom is smaller with the second bathroom just outside the door. We had access to two nice clean pools with hot tubs and lots of lounge chairs available. And the grounds are beautiful. This space was absolutely perfect for two besties on a sunny getaway!

Had an amazing time and throughly enjoyed my stay. Great community with an amazing pool, felt very safe throughout my stay & the hosts were great and responsive and checked in routinely to see if they can do anything to make my stay even better. Highly recommend!

Five Stars – Perfect Relaxing Getaway! I stayed here for two weeks and truly felt at home. The property is private and peaceful, with beautiful grounds that made it easy to relax and unwind (perfect for a dog too). The pool and hot tub were both well-maintained and great for enjoying the sunny days and quiet evenings. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or drive to all the best restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Check-in was a breeze, and Apryl was a fantastic host. She had thoughtful touches waiting for us, including great snacks and coffee that made settling in even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a convenient location with a welcoming host, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place! Was clean and cozy. The pool is just outside the backyard and the neighbors are lovely / it’s a very quiet area. Close to shops too we couldn’t have asked for a better stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, beautiful, and exceptionally comfortable home, perfectly situated with a breathtaking view of the golf course right from the living room. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made it even more relaxing. The home was tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings, stylish décor, and modern kitchen appliances. Every space—from the living room to the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked with all the essentials, showing a great level of care and attention to detail. For those planning to cook, the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, cooking oil, and a variety of seasonings—just bring your own groceries. Our family of four, along with our dog, truly enjoyed this five-star experience. It was a sweet and memorable stay. This place and its decor was stylish, clean, and relaxing! Any questions we had were answered in a prompt manner. It was very conveniently located. This was a well needed girls trip which included the stagecoach concert. Getting to the festival was close and easy. We loved the decor, roadrunners outside and that the pool was only steps away. We loved this place and the hosts we super amazing and accommodating! We hope to plan to stay here again in the furture! Don’t hesitate…. Book this place!

I would 100% recommend this place it was clean easy to find. My first time visiting from out of town and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at. They also provided a cool itinerary with good eats and places to visit.

Such a gorgeous place and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and Cissy’s directions to get in were spot on. Felt safe staying here

Amazing stay. The hosts were responsive and flexible. The home is simply perfect! High chair, pack and play for baby to sleep, and smaller utensils for a little one. I loved the theme rooms, without being overwhelmingly themed. The space made me feel right at home and wanting to come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Riely’s condo. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Host was very flexible with our check in and was very communicative throughout our stay. Location was amazing as it was within close proximity to Coachella (about a 20-30 min drive). Overall, me and my group of friends had a wonderful weekend here and would recommend to anyone planning on staying in Palm desert.

This was just what I needed. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It provided a lovely respite in between the activities I had planned. I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Great place, beautiful unit and neighborhood! extremely safe (double gated?!). Only downside is every place looks the same from the outside so my pickup ride got mixed up multiple times but Steve's communication and instructions were clear. Some lights need to be fixed but nothing that bothered my stay. Really comfortable and great value.

The host was wonderful from the min we booked till the day we checked out anything we needed, any questions we had were taken care of right away. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy the place was great will definitely stay again next time we're in town thanks again

We loved our stay! Beautiful, spacious condo in a great location. The gated community felt safe and quiet. We loved the walking trails and scenery. The bedrooms are large and clean also has updated bathrooms. The family room is comfortable, kitchen is clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for Coachella weekend and this place was a perfect distance for ridesharing to and from the festival. It was clean and had everything we needed, including an in unit washer and dryer. Nick was really nice and responsive our whole stay. I would definitely come back!

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Willie & Katie’s condo. They have a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, very comfortable couches (seriously need to know where they got them so I can buy one! Lol), very spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. One of the pool/hot tub areas is literally across the street which was lovely. And a parking spot in the garage to keep our car out of the blazing sun. They were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Palm Desert. Highly recommended!
