Vacation rentals with a patio in Riverside County

We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

This Airbnb is located ideally next to La Quinta Resort. The unit is located close to the main pool and the reserved parking space is a bonus. Unit has everything needed and conveniently labeled. Overall, great unit and location.

Lovely studio home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My fiancé and I stayed here during a long weekend and felt right at home. Everything about the place is cozy and intentional. Home has awesome amenities like a fire pit for s’mores and a soaking tub. The outdoor area/patio was very clean and organized. Host provided detailed recommendations and home guide was easy to follow. I would stay here again 100%.

We had a great stay! Condo was just as described, the pool was super close to the unit which we enjoyed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed to enjoy our meals! Thank you 😊 For festival goers, this location was only 7 mins from our shuttle pick up location which was great!

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family (2 kids under 6, 4 adults) really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s property! It’s pristine and so well done— the decor, furniture, amenities, layout, etc all are very thoughtfully and well done. Felt like we were staying in a designer home. Although the square footage isn’t huge, we never felt crowded and the indoor/outdoor flow is great. The pool/backyard area is a great setup and we enjoyed grilling and outdoor dining + plenty of pool time. Kitchen is stocked with everything for home cooking too.

We stayed for Coachella weekend. The house was very close to the shuttle stop at Albertsons. The pool was fantastic on a hot day. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying for your trip! The host was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed.

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

Thank you Fernanda and Arlene for being wonderful host. Your Airbnb was a wonderful get away for my friends and I over the weekend. The house was beautiful and the backyard was stunning. I wish we would have came on a better weekend that wasn’t cloudy or rainy because the hot tub and pool looked so inviting. Everything was clean and there were great amenities throughout the house. I would recommend for future guest to maybe bring eye masks if you’re a light sleeper or light sensitive because the house is really bright and some of the rooms do not have shades. It wasn’t much of a problem for our group. Thank you for providing easy instructions for check-in and being communicative over message. Lastly, I would say to please note your electrics vehicle charging policy in your description or rules. We didn’t know there there was an electric vehicle charging fee for using an outlet charger for our Tesla until after. This was a great getaway that I would happily recommend to friends.

Cute and comfy place! Close to everything. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. Note that there is only a mini-fridge in the kitchen and some of the furnishings need a little TLC. But it was a good value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 2 families with 4 kids. The pool, hot tub, gameroom and bedrooms were all so comfortable and perfect for the vacation we were looking for. Greg was a great host-got back immediately whenever I texted through Airbnb with questions. Super friendly and a good communicator. Enjoy it! Pool table fun too!

It's a beautiful clean house and located in a prime area. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the ocean view from the master bedroom and the back patio. We spent time of the back patio and relaxed with the sound of the ocean breaking on the beach. Aaron was an excellent host that was responsive and respectful. We would recommend this house to anybody!

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

Great value for the amount of space; amenities and location. Although no pullout bed or Murphy bed would the blowup bed was comfortable - had built in motor to blow up. Couch was comfortable enough to sleep on too. Kitchen appliances were in pristine condition. Cabinets & backsplash look like they were in process of being replaced or repainted. We loved the balcony to chill out & it had a gas grill. The resort has 8 pools and 9 hot tubs, pickle ball courts and equipment easy to reserve and so fun for the family. We hiked the Murray. Canyon to seven falls a second time this year. Absolutely stunning 16 water crossings across rocks & so worth the $12/person parking fee. We also hiked south Lykken to Simonetta vista 2 days & saw long horn sheep 1 of the 2 days. All around well stocked condo & very responsive, helpful owners. We took the garage key by mistake one night, had tv trouble another night & asked 4 another hair dryer. Always responded right away.

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

The condo was clean, well appointed and great location. There are train tracks nearby and trains run throughout the night. Didn’t bother our group of heavy sleepers but light sleepers may have more of an issue.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was going to be a special experience. The place was spotless,super clean, and clearly well cared for, which made us feel instantly at home. The space was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furniture, plush bedding, and all the amenities we needed for a restful getaway and ready for Coachella weekend!! 🌵🏜️ The attention to detail really stood out from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft towels and quality toiletries, everything was just right. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this gem if you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable stay in Palm Springs. Can’t wait to come back.

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.

I’ve been on Airbnb a long time and Crystal’s place was by far my favorite stay. The beds were comfortable, the ACs were working well, great bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, we had zero complaints! Plus it was so close to restaurants and shops! Stayed here for Coachella and I will be booking this spot again if we ever go back. Fantastic!!!!
