Monthly Rentals in River Forest

We moved from the Chicago area some years ago and have lived in 3 other states, always making trips back each year to see family. This time we decided we wanted to spend more time in the city so after looking in the western suburbs and not finding anything reasonable, I thought of Oak Park which is next to Chicago, giving us easy access while staying in a town that is as interesting as it is enjoyable. This place was perfect. I have stayed in a couple of places that have posted pictures that are not trying to be as accurate as they should be. Not here. Comfortable bedding, large bathroom and a cozy kitchen area. I did read comments about being on a busy street which is accurate. It’s just white noise and slows down as the night goes on. My wife and I barely noticed it. Besides having access to the city by car, you can also take the Metra train and be in the city in minutes, or take the CTA trains from downtown Oak Park (which has plenty of excellent restaurants).

Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family and the hosts were helpful and hospitable. When we return to Chicago in the future we know we have a perfect place to stay!! 😊

Great Oak Park location. Walkable to the downtown area shopping and dining. Place was clean and confortable. We slept great in the beds.

Five stars across the board! Host is responsive, friendly, timely and cares about his guests. The place is in a very safe family neighborhood and is walkable. The unit is exactly as described and has everything you would possibly need. It's very clean, well maintained and quiet. I truly regret checking out and will return one day in the future. Do not hesitate to book this unit.
