Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The apartment is located in Moltrasio in the upper part of the town (Tosnacco), so it offers an amazing view of the lake, even from the bedroom. The living and dining area has a comfortable pull-out sofa so the house can easily accomodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The large bathroom is well appointed with a ‘tropical rain’ shower on natural stones. But attention: the house is ca. 200 m above the public parkings, so you need to be fit to get up the stairs!

My house is ancient and modern at the same time, well furnished and with an Amazing view.The apartment is sanitized at every guest change with anti-covid procedures as required by law.
