Vacation rentals with a sauna in Riva del Garda

The apartment looked even better in person than on the photos! Great endowment and an amazing location with the sea, shopping facilities and great restaurants within spitting distance. The host was always accessible to help with the aircon etc. All in all a great experience and holiday!

Yuri really communicated well with us from before we set of for Garda, all through our stay right up til our departure, even checking if we managed to check out with no problem. The apartment is fabulous. Immaculate, well equipped, right in the middle of the beautiful old town centre. If you come by car there is a good parking solution just on the boundary of the pedestrianised area, about an easy 8 minute walk to the apartment. The parking isn't free - we paid 28€ for just under 48 hrs. As soon as you leave the apartment, there are shops, bars , restaurants and cafés surrounding you. It is about 2-3 minutes down to the harbour with many options for eating and drinking. We walked to Bardolino along the pedestrianised walkway - took about 35 minutes. Just a lovely experience. We had a great stay! The apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped – just like in the photos. The location is great, everything was easily accessible. Check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions, and contact with the host was friendly and quick. We would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

Perfect apartment! The only drawbacks are the "affiliated" paid parking with the hotel at €37 per day. The parking lot also has 3 charging stations for electric cars, too bad, that the places were always occupied by non-electric cars

We were there with 6 people over the Easter holidays, a particularly nice time, as everything is blooming and green. It was therefore all the nicer to be able to use the garden. You can sit in the garden corner for breakfast, overlooking the valley and the mountains. There are few places to stay in and around Arco that offer such an opportunity. The apartment is, as already described numerous times, spacious and in particular the three bathrooms belonging to the respective bedrooms are very pleasant. This way, you don't disturb each other. Everyone has their own retreat with their own room and if you want, you can meet in the kitchen or in the garden. We were very nicely received and if necessary Michele is quickly available. Communication worked smoothly. We felt very comfortable overall and would come back any time.

My boyfriend and I spent 4 beautiful days in Massimo's apartment. The studio has ample space, in real life it is larger than it appears in the photos, and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the hill below and the lake.

I enjoyed my stay, the accommodation is impeccable surrounded by beautiful nature.

We stayed in 2 people + 1 small dog in this beautiful apartment. This is a very quiet scenic place where we could really relax the whole time we were. The entire structure is modern and enriched by a beautiful pool available for guests to enjoy. The management of the property was excellent as well as Fabio's availability who followed all the maintenance and check-in. In addition, the structure is only a quarter of an hour away from Riva del Garda and less than 10 minutes from Torbole, which is extremely advantageous for those like me who practice Windsurfing. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay with Paola and Fabio near Arco was simply fantastic! The villa is extremely modern, high quality and minimalist – a real feel-good atmosphere at the highest level. We were particularly impressed by the hot tub, the sauna and the beautiful pool (unfortunately we could not use it in April due to the weather). The location in the mountains is simply fantastic – absolutely quiet and surrounded by nature. The view from the large panoramic window and really from every area of the villa is breathtaking. Whether you're waking up in the morning or relaxing in the evening – this view is incomparable. Paola and Fabio are outstanding hosts. Communication was always warm, quick and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and welcome and can absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for this wonderful break – we will definitely be back!

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall great villa, very spacious and modern for the price! It’s a bit out of the way of amenities but wasn’t a problem for us. The only down side was the noisy dogs that live opposite the villa, they became quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastically beautiful place! The view was simply breathtaking – especially the view from the sauna directly on the lake was an absolute highlight. Communication with Massimo was excellent, he was always available and very helpful. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt completely comfortable. We were really excited and highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you Massimo for this unforgettable stay!

It is such a beautiful house with lots of space. We went as a friend group and we really enjoyed spending time there. The road to the house is a mountain road that seemed a bit too narrow and dangerous but Armando picked us and our friends up with the car and he was very helpful introducing the house and showing the way. I am sure it would be more amazing around summer time, would recommend visiting the house and Garda.

I wish we had time on our vacation for more than one night at the B&B. It was beautiful inside and out.

Lori met us at the apartment and was instantly super friendly and accommodating. She showed us around the place (which is finished superbly and right out of Pinterest). She went the extra mile as we hadn't eaten and she walked with us to the local restaurant she recommended and made sure we understood the menu. Really excellent on communication, amazing place to stay and we've had a dream holiday. We will definitely come back again as Avesa was quiet but so close to the city and easy access to the lakes. Great host, gorgeous accommodation and beautiful location. 5 stars and then some.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful home! Katias accommodation has everything you need to rest and recharge. She was a great host and gave us lots of local recommendations for sites to visit and restaurants. The views from the property are insane, you can walk out the door to some beautiful walks or with a car you are close to so many hiking routes, via ferratas, pretty towns and villages in the valley. We will be back!

Suoerbe very well located accommodation, 30 minutes drive from all the cities to visit nearby, beautiful hikes to do with a walking departure from the accommodation and a beautiful view of the lake! Very clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment for our animals and their owners in the beautiful campi residence with the possibility of doing many activities (tennis, ping pong, mini golf, outdoor and indoor pool on request at the reception and according to availability. However, wellness is reserved for guests of the hotel). The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, oil, herbs/spices, chocolate). The WiFi network is of very good quality. To make a phone call, the reception is better from the terrace of the listing. Very nice shaded terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs. We highly recommend this place and will gladly go back!

Great house with nice modcons and good sunset terrace. Sauna was an unexpected bonus. Aliona was very helpful for check in and check out.
