You will master the skills to make the traditional pasta Carbonara everywhere, at anytime. We’ll make the Spaghetti from scratch! At the end of our cooking experience we'll enjoy our Carbonara together with a good glass of local Italian wine or some prosecco.

We'll start with a unforgettable walk in the vineyard, telling the family history of our winery and estate. We'll see the old traditional drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Amarone is known around the world, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar for vinification and refinement. I explain you how we make our Great Red Wines. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our three fine wines, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the wine with bread and our organic oil, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

Here I will tell you more about the story of Romeo and Juliet and how the tradition of the letters to Juliet started. After a visit to the archive - we have more than 200,000 archived letters here and we receive new ones every day! - you’ll be ready to become a Juliet Secretary. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Becoming Juliet’s Secretaries can really be one of the most thrilling and moving experiences in the matter of love and will help to support this unique tradition.

Horseback riding on the hills of Lake Garda is an hour-long horseback riding. A pleasant horseback ride through the hills of Lake Garda, along hilly paths that alternate between woods and vineyards. For those who are not so experienced, or are beginners, no problem, our horse riding are suitable for all. The guide will help you ride and get familiar with the horse. For those who are enjoying a very first experience with horse riding, we introduce the tour with a previous half-an-hour saddle up lesson (plus 12,00 €), that has to be reserved in advance; then you will be able to enjoy the horseback. During the horseback tour you can admire the surrounding landscapes, enjoying the tranquility of this unique experience with our horse friends. The walk starts on the hills on Valtenesi, in a pleasant natural surroundings; during the tour you’ll join panoramic view point. For experienced people, you can ask for a longer experience of 2 hours. For families with children under 14 y.o (the minimum age to take part to) we even offer ‘’a carriage ride experience’'.

We offer you half day sailing school experience, along the Northern Coasts of Garda Lake. The departure is from the San Nicolò harbour in Riva del Garda.The first stop is near the Ponale waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing swim; then we will continue south towards the town of Limone, a stunning city on the west coast surrounded by the old yellow lemonaries. Here we have time for a sneak on board while the captain crosses the Lake towards the east coast, where we will admire the Castle of Malcesine. Before returning to the San Nicolò harbour port we will sail along the windy beach of Navene and Torbole. The fleet includes 5 sailing boats (from 8 m. up to 11 m.) equipped with all comforts and private bathroom on board. In case of bad weather, the experience can be postponed in agreement with guests. NOTE: bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and beach towel; in the low season bring gloves, a hat, and a rain jacket.

The Dolomites are the most beautiful mountains in the world, and the best way to explore them is to venture on foot through their trails. The car only allows you to see them from below, but walking through the white rocks, or reaching a panoramic peak is an experience you can't miss! Through this class, we'll let you into the pasta and rice world. With us, you'll learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from noodles to dumplings. You'll learn how to make custom recipes that are timeless. We'll teach you how to put away the pasta with the classic, all-mannered technique, and through the hand fryer. We'll also share the secrets of a perfect risotto and delicious gnocchi. What you'll do with your own hands during the course, you can taste it with the typical wines of the surrounding area, such as the Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto Spumante. Enter our home, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine, and bring it with you when you return home to impress your guests! In each class, you can learn to create two of the dishes, gnocchi and tagliatelle, or dumplings and risotto. The course will take place in two languages: Italian and English.

Corte Odorico is a small family business including the farm, a winery and two tourist apartments. The intention of our tasting tour is to let you immerse in the history of our family and of the Valpolicella Classica. The tour begins by showing you the vineyards surrounding Corte Odorico, managed by our family from three generations, from which we produce our wines. The tour continues with the visit to appassimento room and the cellar, to tell you about the craft techniques and barrel refinement, techniques that make Valpolicella's wines unique. Finally, we'll go to the tasting room, which comes from a mix of natural materials like tuff, wood, and iron. Here our purpose is to stop time for a few hours, and to share with you the history and aromas of our wines, Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. The wines will be paired with a platter of local products, such as cheeses and salami, each carefully selected in conjunction with our wines. A journey on the history, behind the scenes of a XIV century venetian gothic palace. We will jump back in the history by seeing and deciphering stones and epigraphs dating back from the paleo-venetik ages, passing through roman times, early Christian age, medioeval period, renaissance, baroque and modern times. We will visit a museum in the museum, which is an archeological collection made by Giovanni da Schio (a family ancestor) in the 1850s, gathering pieces around Vicenza and its territories, and showcasing them in the courtyard of his home to share with visitors and scholars a witness of long history of his City. And we can still admire his collection in its original display! You will learn how to read Latin numbers . We will "read" together the growth and transformation of a beautiful Palace along many centuries. Other things to note The time of this experience varies between 15 minutes and 1 hour according your curiosity and your time availability. From the mediterranean Bolzano to the supposedly most beautiful mountains in the world in the UNESCO World Heritage - the Dolomites. You will stay only for a short time, but you definitely want to see them: the famous white mountains of the Dolomites. I will take you on a beautiful hiking tour in the middle of the Latemar area, with varied paths, a stunning panorama and its lake, in a colour, never seen before. Take your hiking boots and be enchanted by the unbelievably beautiful landscape.

Trento has a culinary tradition that originates from a survival cuisine, the typical Trentino cuisine is of poor origin but at the same time substantial. It jealously preserves the authenticity of its Alpine origins, but knows how to make the most of the many influences coming from the tradition of the neighboring territories, such as the Austrian and Venetian ones. Together with my enterprising grandmother we will cook some of the typical Trentino dishes: stew, polenta and mushrooms, risotto with radicchio and speck, potato gnocchi with tomato sauce or nettles, strudel, barley soup, or the famous knödel ( Bread Gnocchi). With this lesson we want you to spend a fun and relaxed day learning something about the Trentino culinary tradition.

Nella degustazione è compreso anche un assaggio del nostro Olio Extra Vergine prodotto dai nostri olivi che si estendono sulla collina a fianco della tenuta. Oltre alla degustazione si entra nella Corte Agricola e nella Barricaia dove i nostri vini invecchiano. Ed infine, tempo permettendo, una breve passeggiata tra i vigneti vi mostrerà la Villa dal punto più suggestivo.
