Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Andrea’s place was wonderful. Nice walk to the heart of Verona, but the apartment (basically a house) is very spacious with much appreciated parking. Arrive and leave the car to explore the wonderful city of Verona!!! Highly recommend.

The accommodation is an absolute dream, so idyllic and with real Italian flair!! It was very difficult for us to leave again, a real Airbnb gem! Thank you Gianpiera!!

Nothing to add. 10/10 Arriving to the location: there was a tricky turn, but Lorena organized someone to meet us on the road and show us the way. 10/10 Suroundings: small town, with limited places to eat out. Great views, terrace, swings, waterfall near by. Everything was as we espected or better :)

We liked the apartment very much, great location, great balcony, swimming pool and hot tub perfect. My older kids and their friends loved it. The communication was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating, the reception and farewell were warm. Also recommended with a dog. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Cristina's place is just amazing. I spent 3 nights there with my partner for her birthday and we got engaged down at the Lake. So it was very important we stayed somewhere special.. this was perfect. Private,peaceful, stunning views,clean and beautifully decorated we couldn't ask for more! Cristina responded if we ever needed her or her mum told us she was available if we needed anything. We have reccomended the place to all our family and friends and we hope to one day return. Thankyou for letting us stay Cristina and mum!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Riva del Garda, managed by the same owners as Residence Filanda. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Although the immediate area is quiet and there isn’t much around within walking distance, it was a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the region. The hosts were very welcoming and professional, and their care for the property really shows. Overall, a great experience — we’re happy to give a 5-star rating!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We had an amazing time in Dream Country. The location is so beautiful, much much better than photos. Apartment is very cozy, and has everything what you need. If you want to have a perfect relax, I recommend you to come to this place.

We spent a week there with our dog and it was a dream! The complex is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is a dream. Most activities require a car, but that was not a problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Spacious and bright accommodation in a quiet area, with MD, bar and bus stop very close. Private access to the bike/pedestrian path. Very friendly and helpful host.

Very clean accommodation, equipped with everything you need. Perfect for two people, we get around very well. A little small but very functional bathroom, also equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer. Very large and comfortable bedroom, however you can feel the humidity, which you get used to. Riva del Garda is a magical place, especially during Christmas parties. The atmosphere is wonderful and the scents of the food and wine market are delicious. Andrea's place, very central and super comfortable were the icing on the cake!!! 4 unforgettable days for me and my family!!!

The property is in a prime location surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Free parking is about an 8-minute walk. There is a storage room on the first floor where I was able to store my bike.

We had a wonderful time in Piovere. Nicoletta and Walter with Bella are great hosts, super warm and nice. The views are fantastic, the garden is really well laid out and the gym is unique. Convenient: Alimentari and restaurant/bar are within walking distance, as are some nice hikes. We were with a toddler (1 year old) in the Ciliegia apartment and we didn't miss anything. If you love nature as much as you love contact with other people, this is the place to be.

We were there with the whole family and immediately felt comfortable. The view is magical and has the property practically to itself. In the small town, everything is also available and you can also get around well on foot or by bike.

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

Nicola's apartment matched the photos, functional and very spacious with a very nice terrace. It is located in a safe and peaceful place. Riva del Garda city center is a 15-minute walk away. Nicola was a very responsive host, who gave us clear instructions for self check-in. I would 100% recommend!
