Access to swimming pool, sauna, sports hall with padel tennis, badminton, fitness and outdoor: mini golf, tennis, football, playground as well as 4 charging stations for electric cars. An active holiday in Mols National Park, by the beach and forest. Hiking and biking tours, close to Ree Park, Kattegatcenter and Djurssommerland.

Your family will be close to everything, both city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy neighborhood that is popular to stay in. The apartment's best place is the balcony overlooking the forest, sea and Aarhus Island. It's usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. Living room and dining room is a large room, so there's plenty of room to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 bed, 2 mattresses/a playroom and a workplace with views of the city. The apartment is quiet and you don't hear much of the neighbors.

We rent out the ground floor of our house (100 sqm with private entrance) . The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. We are located with some of Jutland's most beautiful nature right outside the door as well as a two minute drive to Stilling Badesø which, with its clean water with blue flag, small sandy beach and bathing jetty, is a small Mecca in the summer.

Free parking in central Nordby. The whole house is exclusively yours, although the owners may work in the garden, pop into the workshop or gym once in a while.

Stort køkken alrum og tilhørende rum til leg samt Playstation og værelset kan bruges som aflukket soveværelse med gode madrasser. Ovenpå er der stue, to børneværelser med dobbeltsenge og et soveværelse samt badeværelse med stort karbad. Trampolin og legehus i haven. Der er legeplads med skaterbane lige rundt om hjørnet, byens bedste isbutik lige overfor samt skov og strand 5-15 min væk på gåben.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires.
