The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

Close to Mols, Ebeltoft, Aarhus, Djurssommerland, etc. The tenant is responsible for cleaning and must bring their own bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.

Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility or the vibe in the new trendy harbour area or walk 20 minutes into the city centre. Bedding and towels included.

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.
