It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The apartment is located in "Isbjerget", here you live close to the center (5 min by car/1.5 km) of the Jutland capital Aarhus - popularly referred to as the world's smallest metropolis. In Aarhus, you will find both exciting shopping opportunities and cultural offerings of all kinds. The apartment is 80 sqm with a very beautiful light. Here is a lovely kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony overlooking the harbor and sea. There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal.
