The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

You will love the apartment due to the location, spacey balconies (one covered), the view and the modern style. It is a beautiful, new apartment (136 m2). It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a stylish kitchen and a lovely bathroom. From every room there is a nice view. It’s fully equipped. The apartment is close to the ocean, the marina, super market, restaurants, fitness, city center etc. Allow yourself a nice swim in the ocean or walk along the marina to downtown (15 min walk).

There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Good possibility to explore the beautiful city of Aarhus from Mortens place. The apartment is well equipped and the Sofa surprisingly comfortable - also for 2 people. Check-In was smooth and flexible with the lockbox so i can recommend :)

A very nice accommodation right on the water (only a footpath separates) on two floors (narrow spiral staircase): upstairs armchair, sofa, view of the harbor and the bed, downstairs kitchenette, large table and the bathroom. Everything you need. Good furniture. In the building also an underground car park (very expensive) or a handful of public parking spaces with a 15-minute limit. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, but not too loud. Perfect for exploring the city (by bike) or watching the day go by with a view of the water.

Lovely apartment in a very cool building. Lots of original details in the house. Clearly well-considered and well-designed. Very easy communication with the host, a perfect spot for travelling with children. So many toys, and a fantastic bedroom with bunk bed and a crane! Close to the city but also across the road from the forrest and the beach.

A vibrant waterfront area is depicted, featuring multiple swimming pools surrounded by steps. People are enjoying recreational activities, while architecturally interesting buildings rise in the background. The apartment is so beautiful overlooking the water and the harbor. The local area is really cool with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, harbor baths, etc. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise was magical. The apartment is really well equipped, we found everything we needed. The building is easier cryptic to navigate, but Anita's description was good. Anita is a really good host. We had great challenges with the elevator not working that weekend and my father has difficulty walking, and Anita responded very quickly to inquiries and was incredibly sweet and helpful!! We'll be back!

We loved Nooras Appartment! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. But the highlight is the location: you are directly in the city center and at the Harbour, with a beautiful view over the water. Restaurants und shops are nearby. This also means, that it is noisy at night as a bar nearby plays loud music outside. But with the windows closed, that is no problem. We totally recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back!

A really sweet couple, felt at home from the start. Not the last time we rent it. Nice apartment, and well decorated. Is very happy and satisfied.

Really pleasant and extremely helpful host. Unfortunately, we had a sick child and Morten was just so sweet and thoughtful. The power went out at is time and he came in with candles and went out of his way to get it back together. Cozy and authentic surroundings and rooms. Where we'd like to come again 😃
