Find peace and quiet at the old trading post Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in forests and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, express boat terminal and bus stop. On the other side of the road is the abandoned Hysnes Fort, idyllically located at the end of the Trondheim Fjord. Here you can walk on well-maintained hiking trails all the way to the top and get a phenomenal view! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

Vika Coastal Retreat

Experience beautiful sunsets and the sea up close. The cabin is at the end of a dead end road, in a secluded location with panoramic views of the sea. Modern design. Just you and nature. A great starting point for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can glide slowly by. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Sun all day. Benches and tables to gather everyone for a shared meal. Pizza oven for making Italian delicacies. We are happy to share the recipe with you! :-)

House by the sea

Here you get the whole house for yourself. We live in the house ourselves usually but are away a lot and thus rent it out. 1 bedroom downstairs with 180 cm double bed and double duvet. 2 bedrooms upstairs on the 2nd floor. 1 has a 120 cm bed and a decorated girls room with a doll house and various toys The other one has a 180 cm bed, 2 duvets. Furnished boys' room. Toilet both upstairs and downstairs. Kayak is located on the backside of the house if it is of interest. The outdoor area/entrance is camera monitored.

Larger than Leif! Cozy two-room apartment on Byåsen

Newly renovated and modern two-bedroom in a quiet area of Byåsen. Bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, providing comfortable sleeping space for up to four adults. Only 5 minutes to walk to the tram that takes you towards the city center, or deep into the field. The apartment is sheltered and secluded in a quiet residential area. Perfect for a quiet stay with proximity to nature and city. Electric car chargers are available. Charging for a fee of NOK 75 per charge.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hytta ligger sjenert til i ett lite skogholt på Viggja. Med fin utsikt over fjorden. Med gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten kan man lett ta seg inn til Trondheim på 35 min og til Orkanger på 10 min. Med bare en liten gåturs avstand ligger en idyllisk badeplass. På verandaen kan du sitte og nyte en kopp kaffe mens du nyter utsikten. Eller kveldene kan nytes rundt bålpanna. I mørke sesongen er det ofte å se nordlyset over fjorden

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Perfekt for familier, vennegjenger eller kolleger som ønsker et komfortabelt opphold med god plass.
