The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Sauna is available for rent on top of the mountain. There are about 200 bouldering lines on Haegefjell as well Alpine multipitch climbing. Golf course on an island. Skatepark, mountain bike routes. Close to the city in Sandefjord and still you feel that you are staying in the nature. Free parking outside of the apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
