Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min. to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally it is a boat building, but we have turned it into a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty, which is deep enough as well for sailboats. You can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Cozy tiny house in Risør

Cozy tiny house of 32 square meters in beautiful Risør. The house has a kitchen with dining table, bathroom and small livingroom. In the loft there is a double mattress. We recommend stays for 1–2 people. You have a view of both the sea and forest, and the surrounding area has many nice hiking trails. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beaches at Randvik. The tiny house is quite close to the main house (see photo), but has a private part of the garden with a fire pit that can be used if desired. 20 min to walk to the city center.

Summer house

The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can cuddle up with a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for any person who likes to combine the sea and the city during the holidays. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are a short walking distance away. You just have to go 180 meters to buy a delicious softie. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and walk in the forest. At Krana you will have the swimming in the sea and rented kayak.

In addition, there are two good mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. There is the possibility of free parking outside the house but this cannot be guaranteed as it is open to everyone.

Suitable for family/gangs who like the good life.
