Great studio apartment. Right in the center of Risør

This is a great apartment (approx. 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Small cozy house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and peaceful without street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (you go through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two small double beds. And a large sofa bed. The apartment does not have its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all the city's facilities" right outside the front door. Café tables on the sidewalk can be used freely. Recently renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom.

A well-maintained exterior showcases a set of granite steps leading to a charming entrance. Decorative metal railing features a circular design, and a wall-mounted lantern provides lighting. Large windows illuminate the building's yellow and white façade, enhancing its classic architectural style.

Apartment near Risor city center

3-room apartment on Frydendal farm, only one kilometer from Risør city center. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (single bed + double bed). The sofa bed in the living room has a 120 cm mattress width. Outside the apartment there is garden furniture and a barbecue. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. You can bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent on site for NOK 100 per person. On the first floor there are two rental apartments, while the host lives on the second floor.

Bright and cozy apartment. 5 min walk to the city center. Good parking. Nice and spacious patio with barbecue. Ready-made beds+towels. Includes: Hallway, living room with small kitchenette and dining area. 1 bedroom with 150 cm bed. 1 sleeping alcove with 120 bed. You have to go through the sleeping alcove to get to the bathroom. The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next door. Welcome to Sørlandets Perle, Risør With us you can stay centrally in a pretty and newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and free parking. Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Right on the outside you can park the car. Welcome :)

Newer apartment consisting of hallway, living room with open kitchen solution, bathroom, 1 bedroom ( 1 double bed)and private patio w/barbecue at your disposal. There is a TV, Internet, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator in the apartment and heating in all floors for cool evenings. Sofa bed for extra beds and a mattress. There is parking just outside and the apartment is in a quiet residential area with a ballroom and playground close by. Otherwise walking distance to shop, gas station and Risør city center.

Regular taxi boats go out to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich offer of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Perfect place both for adults and children. Large lawn with outdoor furniture. Right by the sea. Short distance to the beach. Sørlandet holiday center is close by, with pool, playground, cafe, boat rental, etc. 20 min by car to both Risør and Tvedestrand. 30 min by car to The small zoo and to golf course. 15 min by car to Gjeving/Lyngør. Nice hiking trails, including to the Jette pots at Sylt. Here are many possibilities. Or just enjoy quiet surroundings and summer in Sørlandet.

Equally suitable for animal-loving family with children, as for Enjoy the animals, take a condo trip, a ride on the boat, or a jog in the forest. Pick eggs from the hens, pick your own mint tea. BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.

Brand new apartment of high standard with stunning views of the entrance to Risør. Located close to the center and sea, as well as very short way to great hiking and training terrain in Urheia. The pool is 10 x 4 meters, keeps 30 degrees from May to October. Pool use is separately agreed for weekend or week. Please contact us for further info
