The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. The rural apartment Confolia 2 is located in the idyllic village of La Val (Wengen), where you will find popular ski resorts and hiking trails within a radius of 10 km. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV. If requested in advance, a baby bed and a high chair can be provided for free.

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
