It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We'd all like to come back here next year.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea Check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Barbara and Vlado were super nice and friendly hosts. The place was more than perfect for and, family with two small children. Play facilities and a pool very quiet and privately located. The whole house has everything you need to live and is furnished with attention to detail. There is plenty to do in the area, but there is a must. Very beautiful beaches in Rabac and the old town of Labin can be reached very quickly. All in all, it was a very nice family holiday in a beautiful modern Dalmatian stone house. We will definitely come back!

It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to bays, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The grill and the pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disturbing.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. We can warmly recommend the house for people who want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle. In the very large meadow, there is a volleyball/badminton court as well as football goals. Pool area very clean and nice. Restaurants & everything you need can be reached in 20min by car. The sea in 40 minutes.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

There were five of us at Daniela's place. We arrived by car, which is also necessary in the area if you want to do something. Pula is about 25 minutes' drive. The place was very nice and clean. Pool and garden are wonderful, you can sit inside and outside to eat. With 5 people, one had to sleep on the sofa bed, but it is very comfortable and not a problem. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Communication with Daniela is great, she responds very quickly, is very friendly and helpful with problems if something does not work or the like. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We would definitely recommend Daniela and her accommodation and felt very comfortable!

The accommodation locates in a very quiet neighbourhood in Presika, only 5 mins walking distance to old town center Labin. There are awesome hiking trails in the near, which can be directly started from home. Beaches in Rabac and Duga Luka are also just minutes away by car. The property itself has a huge section, at where our daughter just enjoyed the swing, playhouse, or just running around. Our host Alba & her family are very warm hearted and friendly people. They gave us lots of helpful local information about best activities and restaurants in the region. We also got lot of home grown grapes, and pears directly from their garden, 100% organic and tasted so sweet. We would definitely recommendate this property to whom looking for a relaxing family holiday.

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

The accommodation was great, it was super quiet and peaceful, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Special mention to the host who is a really lovely person and is always available if there are any problems.

We stayed there for a week and are completely satisfied. Very nice apartment, very clean and large, clean pool. There was also a gas grill. Very quiet environment, up to a larger place it is about 15 minutes by car. This also applies to the closest beach. Not quite inexpensive, but we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking to saying goodbye. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and things to do. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. To say goodbye, they arrive and gift their guests. We were very happy to be in the house and felt very comfortable .

The arrival was hassle-free with the navigation, even though the roads to the house take some getting used to. We were able to stay at the house before check-in. The oven didn't go through Larisa and her husband immediately got a new one. In general, the two are very friendly and easily accessible.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼

We stayed at Andrea’s house for business purposes, so we were not on holiday. We had a really nice stay at Andrea’s house and would definitely book again. Andrea was very friendly, proactive and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean.

Great place! The pictures don't promise too much. A beautiful house with a great view. The furnishings are very tasteful and everything is totally clean. The pool is the hit. You immediately feel comfortable because you can be very private here. Also in the terrace and by the pool nothing is visible from the outside. Ana and Luka are great hosts who are very reserved, but always available with good tips and questions. (Luka also speaks excellent German.) Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay!

The house is beautiful, cozy and newly renovated. Everything was perfect. We found it particularly nice that it is so close to the sea and at the same time so quiet. The children were able to play on the property and had plenty of space. Zeljika and her husband are totally helpful. We had sick children and a broken car and they were always there to help us. I don't take that for granted and so here again a huge thank you to you two! We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

An all-round successful stay! We (4 adults + 2 infants) felt very comfortable in the house! Pets are welcome! Great care by the host. Quiet location. Getting there is an exciting path, but absolutely feasible. Car is absolutely necessary! Great surroundings! Labin and Rabac are not far away and worth a trip! The house/kitchen is very well equipped and you will find everything you need. Fans are available in every room. Everything is Very clean and there is a stunning view of the sea! Wonderful !!! We will be happy to come back!!!
