House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

We had a great time in Vizinada and Villa Melli. House was located with a great mountain view and matched the pictures and decription perfectly. The host was super friendly and helpfull during our entire stay. If you enjoy a big house, out door pool and spa, private space and relaxing area? This is perfect for you... You can go hiking, ride your MTB or bike as the area is perfect with hills, mountains and beautiful wine yards and olive plantages. 20-30 mins Driving distance to Koper, Porec, Novigrad and Umag/ shopping. House is very spacious, clean and nothing was left to wish for. We will return for sure. Great house, great location and great host.

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

We spent New Year's Eve in this place. The host was very kind, handed over the key at the time of collection, and then came the next time we checked out. We were able to be completely alone if we wanted to use the jacuzzi at 3am, we just went out and enjoyed it. We had a great time here, we highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved staying here! Anja and her children greeted us and were a joy to talk with! The home was gorgeous and the surroundings charming. Highly recommend!! And buy their breakfast, it was fabulous!

We are very happy that we chose this place from many option we had. A very charming cottage in the nature. Everything was as described and even more what we expected. Enough room for two people inside and outside. Private sauna, a hot tub, lovely terrass, beautiful view - definitely would recommend Darja' s place. Very clean and you feel very welcomed because they have paid attention to the details! All you need for breakfast was in the fridge. The hosts are very lovely and helpful people. We got a proper welcome with a homemade pie! The road to the cottage was good and Darja provided very clear directions. Good communication, lovely place with some cute characteristics! We had a great time there!

This place is special. The hostess, Antonella, was always easily accessible and responded to every question immediately. We immediately felt at home, it had everything you need, everything very clean and functional. We also used the hot tub twice, under the stars. There is plenty of space in the cottage, something completely different from a hotel room. Glad to come back :-)
