We preferred to park outside and walk to the house, instead of driving through the narrow streets of the town. And so, also, stop generating vehicle impact in the beautiful town of Cazorla. Excellent house for a quiet vacation with great privacy. Excellent wifi. Magnificent pool and a fully equipped house as if it were your own home. Very quiet area ideal for resting and hiking. There is an excellent supermarket only 5 minutes away by car and if you feel like eating out, this region is excellent for going out for a few wines or better a cold beer. My score is 12 out of 10

I am a cyclist, and rode my routes from Juan's place, and they were perfect. Clean cabin, nice beds, lots of hot water, and beautiful area. Everything I had hoped for and more. Really terrific place and Juan was a great host and very accomidating. The reviews, which I based my reservation on, were correct!! Thanks Juan!!

Everything was perfect!!

We were here for 4 days in Family and felt right at home. The elders and children thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities as well as our doggy pets. The house was just like in the images, everything was well organized, spacious spaces and everything was very clean. The pool and common areas all in good condition, we were able to enjoy the barbecue. We have disconnected and enjoyed it quite a bit. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and resolved everything quickly.

The house is very comfortable and in an incredible setting. The views from the house are stunning. Communication with the host can't be better, always very quick to answer and answer any questions right away. We arrived late and for not letting us know how our group was composed were not made all the kamas we needed. Despite the time they came right away and fixed it for us. Unbeatable service. This was a trip with friends for a cycling test but already looking forward to returning to the family to enjoy the area that is truly a wonder for its villages and its natural surroundings.

Good cleanliness, great location, reception more than acceptable upon arrival, almost everything is acceptable upon arrival, almost everything is fantastic. That's right, you don't count with the sofa beds, because they are absolutely horrible, I think they wouldn't be able to sleep or children. Everything else is more than correct

Alvaro's house is great, it's prettier than the pictures it has. The views it has beautiful , the large pool, the house is very spacious, the barbecue... It's not missing any detail, it has left us everything you had without a problem.

Everything perfect. We ask that they will leave us two cots, and we thought they were going to be travel, but they were real cots with their good mattress, so a luxury. The warm house (the heating worked great), the rooms very spacious, bathroom with plenty of space and a basket to leave the bags... The only thing we missed a little was small things: hand soap in the bathroom, tablecloths, paper towels... There was no salt, so we left the package we bought there. But what I said, it's little things. A 10 for accommodation.

Beautiful wooden house with lots of charming and ingenious details. It is nicely lost in the wide mountainous surroundings. Despite being a real architecture gem, it is also a real family home. With lots of playful and personal touches, many games inside and out for all ages and a kitchen equipped with everything you could want.. We celebrated the New Year and enjoyed the silence in the area. We also went hiking in a beautiful piece of nature a few minutes from the house. The sisters are very warm and the communication was nice and extensive. Highly recommended!

Antonia took care to pick us up at an easy access point to guide us to the accommodation, which was also easy to get to. He showed us the house facilitating everything necessary for our stay, highlighting the cleanliness of the accommodation. The best I could stay with my dog, look that is appreciated.

Halfway between Riopar and the birth of the world river, it is an idyllic place in which you can breathe calm and tranquility, we were very delighted with the place and we will return in the future.
