House located in the heart of the Loupiacais vineyard. Close to the Sauternais, very close to the pretty village of Cadillac. It will take you 30 minutes to reach Saint-Émilion, 30 minutes to Bordeaux and 1 hour to the Arcachon basin. Beautiful walks around are possible. The village opens a guinguette every night at the Gallo-Roman villa. A nice associative café is close to the house. The house is suitable for a family of 4 with 2 children.

Please note that this house is my primary residence. It saw my kids grow up. I put a lot of heart and especially a lot of energy into restoring it, and I continue to maintain it as best I can. When you enter my house, you should be seduced by the charm of the old, you will discover my decoration, my photos... Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
