Very nice apartment in a delightful suburb of Florence. Excellent starting point to explore Tuscany. Convenient hosts.

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

We stayed in the apartment for a full month. We felt at home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I would highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; together with the double glazing, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is reinforced, which makes you feel very safe. The location is a few minutes' walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to stay in. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (only 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt, it will be our accommodation in Florence the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

Caminxa was by far the kindest a most responsive Airbnb host I have experienced. Her place was lovingly remodeled and cared for by her and you can tell she wants all her guests to be happy. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly fresh. If you want to escape the busyness of Firenze for a bit, consider staying here. There is a sunny garden entryway where I read and did a bit of work, the church bells rang and the view out to Firenze was steps away. A bit like paradise! Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

We were looking for a quiet location, a relatively short distance from Bologna, to be able to visit a fair. It is a wonderfully spacious and clean house with the pheasants as neighbors as the extra feature. For us, this was the ideal base. And Federica is a fantastic host who responds quickly and thinks along.

Gino's place is great! Fiesole is a charming little town and access to Florence is very good. They gave us all the information we needed to easily access it. They are responsive, and it's very easy to communicate with. The accommodation is perfect, very clean. I have had many experiences with Airbnb and I have to say that this is the first that I have such a good welcome. A big thank you to Gino and Antonello!

Wow. What a peaceful haven! This unfortunately too short stay was magical. The place is sublime, absolute calm with kittens and a dog, chickens… The accommodation is amazing, extremely well-equipped, clean with fresh flowers, it feels like home! And Prem is an exceptional host, a basket with Italian specialties, a bottle of wine and vegetables from her garden and she is sweet and kind! This place is magical if you want to recharge your batteries, be in harmony with nature and animals. Sublime

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

What a beautiful and special place in Tuscany! You can sit and imagine living here hundreds of years ago as you enjoy all of the details Angela has provided to make it comfortable and abundant. The pictures don't do it justice...the place is larger and more embracing than the photos. Angela cared a lot and when a few little things were not quite right, she made them right. This is a beautiful and top place to stay to enjoy the Tuscany countryside, not far from Florence and all it offers. The town is charming and the folks were kind to us. We did, as one reviewer suggested, enjoy wine at the community center late one night and great sandwiches in the day! Make sure to explore the town in the day and take time to be a part of it.
