House vacation rentals in Riolo Terme

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönen Vorort von Florenz. Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana zu erkunden. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

Spędziliśmy prawie dwa tygodnie w pięknym miejscu. Willa jest przestronna i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. W otoczeniu domu ładny park, duży basen i znakomite miejsce do wypoczynku. W bliskiej odległości dostępne sklepy, patiseria, pizzeria i restauracje. Dojazd do Ravenny bardzo szybki. Serdecznie dziękuję Loredanie i Giorgio za zapewnienie nam bardzo przyjemnego pobytu. Z przyjemnością powrócimy do tego miejsca.

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

Mais wouahou. Quel havre de paix ! Ce séjour malheureusement trop court a été magique. Le lieu est sublime, d’un calme absolu avec des chatons et un chien, des poules… Le logement est incroyable, extrêmement bien équipé, propre avec des fleurs fraîches, on se sent comme à la maison! Et Prem est une hôte d’exception, un panier avec des spécialités italienne, une bouteille de vin et des légumes de son potager et elle est d’une douceur et d’une gentillesse! Ce lieu est magique si vous voulez vous ressourcez, être en accord avec la nature et les animaux. Sublime

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso l’alloggio di Mauro. La casa è circondata da paesaggi stupendi e l’ampio giardino interamente recintato è perfetto per chi ha cani o bimbi piccoli. Mauro è un host gentile, disponibile e molto discreto. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno in questa oasi di pace, non ve ne pentirete.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family

What a beautiful and special place in Tuscany! You can sit and imagine living here hundreds of years ago as you enjoy all of the details Angela has provided to make it comfortable and abundant. The pictures don't do it justice...the place is larger and more embracing than the photos. Angela cared a lot and when a few little things were not quite right, she made them right. This is a beautiful and top place to stay to enjoy the Tuscany countryside, not far from Florence and all it offers. The town is charming and the folks were kind to us. We did, as one reviewer suggested, enjoy wine at the community center late one night and great sandwiches in the day! Make sure to explore the town in the day and take time to be a part of it.
