Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

We were in Charlottesville for our first trip there and spent two nights in Naomi’s home. It was perfect for our stay: spotless, beautifully decorated, great coffee and snacks, and lovely touches like a steamer, coffee pot/tea kettle, and slippers. Naomi’s hospitality and communication went above and beyond. We drove half of the time while there and took Ubers/Lyfts for the concert we went to — both of which were very easy from this location. We’d definitely stay again!

Great place to stay short term in Charlottesville. Bryan was a great host and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.

A perfect getaway (and writing retreat). Close to trails (like Ivy Creek Preserve) and grocery stores/shops but still nestled away. I hope to come back. I thought it'd be awkward to wash dishes in the bathroom but it was set up so well. I've stayed at a lot of places and this is one of my faves.
