Excellent!

We stayed the night here, as we only needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm. We felt safe and secure. We would stay here again if needed.

Bonus was the excellent washer/dryer which after 2 weeks in Costa Rica I was needing to catch up on washing which I did in no time at all. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, impeccably located, well-equipped little condo in a great building in one of my favorite neighborhoods. We had a couple of requests since we are a family and had an extended stay of 2 weeks and John and Wanda were super communicative and accommodating. I used the gym often and walked the neighborhood everyday. You could easily walk to markets and restaurants. We loved visiting the Wednesday afternoon smaller farmer’s market and the more substantial Saturday morning one by the main Santa Ana park. Would recommend and stay again.

The location and the tower were incredible, many options to eat nearby and the pool was very nice. The apartment itself was a little tight for 3 people but very nice and well maintained. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else was great!

Gabriel was a great host. Very responsive. The view from the apt is beautiful, specially at night! Would have loved to stay longer but had a very tight schedule!

I think the unit is ideal for short term stays. My goal was a long term stay of at least a year. It is a cozy modern open-concept space. I have a service dog and the outside area, because it is not fully fenced, lacked the safety needed. Although I didn't stay one night, I say with certainty the area is safe. The unit is in a gated community, with a guard who was very nice and professional. The host was understanding and respected my honesty. The host is responsive to feedback and addressed my concerns in honest communicative dialogue.

I stayed at Jamie’s place for a night while in town for business and it was perfect. I was early getting into town and Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate me and get me access to the coworking space. Once checked in, the apartment was spotless and exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and very modern accommodations. The internet is fast and worked flawlessly. Everyone I interacted with in the building was very friendly and helpful. My stay was brief but there are several restaurants a short walk away. There is also a convenience store right next door. I definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again next time I am in the area.

Michael's apartment is very conveniently located close to the airport. We had a 7:30 a.m. flight and were concerned about traffic and dropping off our rental car in time. Michael is very responsive and gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby the property as we were arriving close to dinner time. He met us at check in and suggested we drop off the rental car the night before as the rental car office did not open until 6:00 a.m. He went with me to the Sixt rental car office and we waited nearly 1 hour to drop off the vehicle as they were quite busy. He then dropped me off at the apartment. The following morning he picked us up at 5:30 a.m. to take us to the airport. His level of service was exceptional. The property itself is clean and has all the necessary amenities you need for one night. The bedroom accommodates two people. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that's essentially a mattress on the floor to accommodate two children or one adult.

Everything was very clean and tidy, it even had snacks and welcome juice, the cabin is private and has everything you need to have a good time, a good-sized screen, a kitchen equipped with several spices for cooking and Jeannette even offered us information about restaurants with home delivery in the area for our convenience.

A great location, and you can walk to almost anything you need. Restaurants everywhere, cinema, pharmacies, coffee shops are all close by. Nick is a great host and is very prompt with any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this place.

We really liked that the place is good for walking and is very pet friendly. We just needed the air conditioning, but the rain and the windows made up for it. Highly recommended
