Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . Amazing Home. From the interior design, to the cozy backyard hammock, this place is a 5-star home. Little things you would never imagine, like eucalyptus in one of the showers. I'm already looking at their calendar for future stays. Stores and restaurants only 2 min away - great location. Easy drive right off the highway. The pictures are nice, but the energy you feel upon entering is something few images can capture. Great communication. Host went above and beyond to help make our trip one for the books. I've been doing airbnb for a long time, both as a guest and superhost, and I can say this is one of the best stays and host experiences.

I hesitated to leave a review because this Airbnb is truly a hidden gem, and writing this might make it harder for us to book again in the future, but I owe it to Sara, who has been a tremendous host. Remember the real estate mantra: location, location, location? This place embodies it. We had a car but never used it, as everything is within walking distance. In fact, many of Davis’s best restaurants, offering a wide range of excellent cuisine, are within two blocks of the apartment. We were in town for a university event, which was about a 15-minute walk away. That might sound far, but the walk takes you through the Arboretum, just three blocks from the apartment. It was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. Take your time, stop to "smell the flowers," and explore the beautifully labeled trees. Communication with Sara was flawless, and the apartment had everything we needed and more. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate, this is it!

staying @ Lyudmila place was nice and feel like home for my kids and plenty space for them to go around the house. My family love the place if we are in Sacramento again we will definitely stay again. I will recommend to anyone

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++
