Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning scenery and the hosts ensured the tinaja was heated as well as wood stove in home upon arrival. Not to mention, the breakfast each morning was perfect and delicious. We really enjoyed the hot showers and proximity to villa cerro castillo but also how private and remote it felt. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Excelente estadía, recomendado totalmente ya sea para descansar y desconectar por varios días o pasar una noche cerca de balmaceda para un vuelo al día siguiente. La cabaña estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con Joel siempre eficiente.

Para quienes quieran estar en un lugar alejado y tranquilo y con las mejores vistas, sin duda este es el lugar. Ignacio es muy proactivo y responde al instante cualquier tema que se presente, fue una buena experiencia en familia cocinar a leña, tal como lo hacían nuestros abuelos en el campo.

Excelente lugar para desconectarse. Los anfitriones muy amables y pendientes de todo lo que necesitáramos.

Queremos agradecer como familia, todas las atenciones que tuvieron ustedes Sarita, desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, fueron muy muy atentas con nosotros indicándonos muchos lugares para recorrer, fue una experiencia muy linda como familia, y espero que les siga yendo muy bien, porque el lugar es muy lindo, muy bien equipado y como familia esperamos volver en otra una oportunidad, Muchas gracias por todo saludos Odette Bastian y Marcelo.

El lugar en donde se encuentra la cabaña es increíble, entre árboles y con una vista al cerro castillo privilegiada. Sus ventanales hacen que se pueda apreciar mucho el paisaje. Se notaba que la cabaña estaba nueva, por lo que aún le faltaba equipamiento, pero cuando esté lista será 10/10. Las personas de la recepción fueron muy atentos y amables.

Cabaña maravillosa! Todo Impecable y limpio, ubicada en un entorno precioso con vista impagable al Lago Pollux y acceso directo a este. Cercana al centro de Coyhaique pero lo suficientemente lejos para desconectarse (35-40 min).m y conocer las ciudades y pueblos aledaños. El camino es de tierra pero totalmente transitable y amigable, llegamos en vehículo 4x2. Sus dueños son un amor, nos esperaron pese a que nos retrasamos y nos acompañaron hasta el lugar indicándonos las instrucciones muy amablemente, además siempre muy pendientes de cómo estábamos. La cabaña es realmente linda, cómoda y acogedora, superó nuestras expectativas, la recomendamos al 100%.

We were very happy with our stay at Raquel's cabin. Having read the reviews and various websites about the area it was pretty much as expected i.e. remote, quiet, no restaurants, and with a difficult road to get there. In reality, the road is in better shape then some parts of the Carretera Austral and there's a food truck that's open in the evening, although it's probably a good idea to bring your own food. The cabin is very clean and has a full kitchen (including a gas cooker and a microwave). Raquel and Sergio also offer a boat tour of the Marble caves which we enjoyed very much.

El lugar es increible, tranquilo y comodo. Buenas instalaciones, cómodo para grupos de 4-5 personas, con buen internet e instalaciónes para tener un buen descanso en la ruta. Puerto Guadal tiene de todo, algunos restaurantes, supermercados locales y bastante comercio. Sin dudas volveremos!.

Excelente ubicación. Viviana fue muy amable. Un lindo lugar para visitar.

A few kilometers out of town but with great views of Cerro Castillo. Comfortable canaba with good wood stove heating, good wifi, on site parking. Quiet and private even though it is near the highway. We enjoyed sitting on the stairs to look at the mountains and the stars. We would stay again if we ever return to the area.

Comunicación rápida y amena. Lugar contaba con muchas comodidades y correspondía a las fotos y descripción. Totalmente recomendable para ir a descansar y desconectarse de la rutina.

A casa é aconchegante e localização muito boa! A anfitriã é bem atenciosa e nos deu dicas preciosas. A cozinha deixa a desejar em utensílios, com apenas uma panela, ainda bem que tínhamos um kit de panela de camping.

Lugar tranquilo y cerca de la costanera para recorrer. Todo muy bien y fácil de llegar

La cabaña principal es excelente, vistas inmejorables! La segunda tiene mucho potencial y es super servicial. Barbara es una gran anfitriona, muy preocupada y amigable. Muy bueno para un pequeño retiro a la naturaleza con esos bellisimos alrededores!

We have stayed in this facility just one night; it was a really nice and comfortable staying. The spaces were big l, the beds comfortable, the host was always ready to help and there was a private space for parking the car right in front of the building. It had also all the necessary tools for cooking. Very recommended!

We flew in to Balmaceda and wanted a cabin for a hot shower before backpacking in Patagonia. Leaving 30 below C in Montana USA and waking up to green grass and a gorgeous view was a nice start to our trip....and the showers were hot!

Wonderful place, great hospitality, I cannot recommend it more. Clean, cozy cabin just a few blocks from the ferry port. Maricel was an excellent communicator, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The next day, we needed to find a ride into Reserva Jeinimeni to begin a trek and Maricela’s husband drove us right to the ranger station and stuck around to make sure we had no issues registering at the station.
